I have taken it for a week and the first thing I noticed is a bit of stomach discomfort and the need to use the bathroom. However, I did not notice any changes to my well being. The taste is not the best but as long as you swallow quickly it should not be an issue. I will continue to take it and see if I feel any changes and will let you know.

It has nice packaging and interesting ingredients. It's gelcaps like many other supplements. I didn't notice any bad flavor and had no negative effects from using the product. I'm sure combining these with other supplements, a healthy diet, and exercise would be beneficial. I would recommend giving these a try.

A word of caution though before taking any supplements - make sure you do your research on the various herbs. This particular supplement has a lot of selenium and milk thistle on it. While they do have their own cleansing benefits, taking too much can also not be good for the body, so this liver detox should only be taken as directed, then pause from it afterwards. They are easy to ingest and packaged in basic screw cap bottles. If you need a bit of a liver cleanse this would be a good natural option to try.

It lists all the ingredients and you can look them all up see how they are supposed to work for you. I can say I've taken the whole bottle and do not notice any negative effects from it, so hopefully the positive effects will be there when I do labs next month.

So I did not get to finish it.So it's really hard to say if it was beneficial, but again, I do think it was while I was taking them.

I can't say if it's helping my liver but I will say I was at the end of my breastfeeding journey. Meaning only drops came out at a time. Now I have a full flow again. Not 100% sure that is a good thing but if that is the goal these are excellent! They have a potent taste and smell but if you can get past it they are beneficial! As for value for money I would say if you need more milk these are perfect!

Lately he has been feeling dull pains and tests revealed nothing….. he has been taking these for a week now and he tells me that he longer feels the dull aches by his liver and back.
