I'm not 100% on its effectiveness just yet,as I really haven't noticed much of a difference. All though just like any other vitamins or supplements I take, when I forget to take them I do notice a slight change.

On the 4th day, I guess my body got used to it. I have continued to take it daily and I have had no issues. I had a physical done a few days ago and my liver enzyme improved by 2. I was 1 number in the yellow, now I am 1 number under. I recommend this product because it worked for me.

A month and half after taking, I had a follow-up MRI to make sure it wasn't growing. The lesion is completely gone! I am DEFINITELY keeping this in my vitamins and supplements by buying more. Highly recommended if you need to boost liver health! Bottle opens easily so keep out of reach. Didn't cause any burping and didn't have a nasty taste. Not horse pill easy to swallow gel caps.

I can't say if it's helping my liver but I will say I was at the end of my breastfeeding journey. Meaning only drops came out at a time. Now I have a full flow again. Not 100% sure that is a good thing but if that is the goal these are excellent! They have a potent taste and smell but if you can get past it they are beneficial! As for value for money I would say if you need more milk these are perfect!
