[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer heats up very quickly and it has 3 different settings. It's pretty light weight and can be transported from room to room with little mess. I love that it doesn't get my tile floors soaked or require a long dry time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me see where to start. Firstly it was really easy to put together and the instructions on how to use were really clear. It is kind of loud in my opinion but it does work really well at getting stuck on items off the floor. I do wish that it was 1) cordless and two that it had a way to suck the water back up into part of the tank for storage instead of the pad bc it only comes with the two pads. Which you can clean one while using the other but it would be nice if it had the tank storage option. The three steam modes are nice because you can get a really deep clean or just a quick clean if you want. Is it the best for the money? I don't know. It's okay and it did an okay job at cleaning my floors. But personally I think that maybe a bisell might do a better job. I don't think that it's really THAT much easier than just using a traditional mop & bucket either but it's nice if you just wanna quick sanitize and steam on your floors. I'm not sure if you could put like a tiny bit of pineapple or anything in the water tank but it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility of possibility but it might ruin the machine too. Not sure if you SHOULD do that but I think you can and it wouldn't hurt it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the box and put this together, I was worried about how durable this would be. I filled up the water tank and followed the directions and honestly, it did not perform like I thought it would have. It did not seem that there was enough steam to go through the padso it did not really steam clean my floors at all. I will try again and see how it works. Hopefully I'll get better results the next time. I hope it's not user error with the directions are pretty straightforward.

The cleaning pad that comes with it is thick, easy to attach, and feels like it is going to hold up well. It also washes out well. The unit runs for a good amount of time on one canister of water, and produces a good amount of steam. While it did a good job of picking up dirt, it didn't scrub off spills and dried areas as well as I had hoped. It's also most effective when you vacuum first!

I just purchased the Shark Steamer 1000. After years of sitting on my floor on a towel and scooting with my bucket of water, vinegar and a couple drips of Dawn, decided at age 79 i couldn't do that any more. Tried a ?Libman? Mop but excess water remained after wringing it out and still had to towel dry. This Shark product was affirdable, easy to you and did the job exactly as I was seeking with one step. Perfect weight, only water, just enough steam to lift the dirt and clean and minimal moistness to dry without manual drying and best of all NO STREAKING OR RESIDILUAL WATER SPOTS. Thank you Shark. I have white tile floors that are so difficult to clean and this steam mop made it a breeze! I had a steam mop years ago and this one is very different. It's so lightweight & the pads are really nice & durable with little scrubbers on them. The steam blast works great for anything stuck on the floor. I've had a spot on my floor that's been there for weeks that my robot mop hadn't gotten up & this took care of it so easily. Worked great for grout lines as well. Also, can we mention how pretty it is! The white & copper is just so aesthetic.. I love it! Great addition to my cleaning closet💪
