This is my 6th Shark Vacuum. I love this! It's my favorite yet! Love how it is 3 in one. I needed something to vacuum under bed. This is super easy and very powerful suction! Love love love it!!

Bought this as an upgrade to the old Shark steamer. I love the new feature of the water reservoir because it makes it much easier to fill. I love the change to the velcro pad because the old pads got to where they would not velcro shut after a few washings. The only drawback to this model is that the cord is not as long as the old model. Don't know why you would shorten the cord. Aside from the shorter cord we love it.

Love it I originally bought a different one but didn't like how it worked so I gave it to my daughter she loves it I'm kind of old fashion. While I was looking for something Padless I realized they're more my style. I love the older model “ Shark Steam Pocket ” but they were out of them at the time of purchase. So the Shark SteamSpot Steam Mop with Steam Blaster was. My second option. I must say it works pretty good.

This is my second product since the first ended up deffective

I love this steam mop it is so light and easy to use it makes doing the floors a breeze. I've also used it in places like the shower on the tiles and it worked its magic in there as well. I do not think they were intended for that purpose, but it works. This is my second steam mop from shark. My first one was many years ago and I used it till it stopped but, I figure after 14 years I got my money's worth out of it and got a new one. The only thing I would change is make the cord longer.

I'm really disappointed with this Shark steam mop. I've had it S3973 for only about three years, and I use it very lightly — maybe once or twice a month. Despite that, it suddenly stopped working properly. The steam now leaks from the top where the water tank connects to the mop body, and almost no steam comes out from the mop head. I expected a Shark product to last much longer, especially with such minimal use. It's frustrating to see it fail so soon. Definitely not worth the price for the quality and durability.

Utilized on three surfaces with the 3 different settings. Sealed hardwood floors, bathroom tile and linoleum. Worked great and removed a lot of dirt. Floors are vacuum and mopped routinely but the steam mop allowed for better cleaning.

I bought this a month ago from another online retailer. I had an old Haan floor steamer bought many years ago. It was about to bite the dust. I saw this and jumped at it. I have all things Shark/Ninja. This product has not disappointed. I love how quickly it heats up. I love the maneuverability. Goes under along the cabinets, around the toilets, and under the door stoppers on the wall. I have tile. I have a townhouse and the water tank does my 1st floor without refilling. Only have two bathrooms upstairs and the tank is more than adequate there. There are only two of us so we don't make any bad messes, but when we do it is easy to pull this thing out and clean it. The pads are very nice. Easy to launder. So far so good. I love all my other products from this company so I look forward to many years of use.

I have owned two Shark steam mops and a similar model from Bissell. Both brands are great, but I had a preference for the Shark, so when my Bissell just gave out, I replaced it with the Shark Steam Mop with Steam Blaster. I was so excited to use it today for the first time, but my excitement ended when I discovered the cord is 3-4 feet shorter than all my other steamers. The other units reached all the corners of my areas, but now it's about 3 feet shy, so I have to change plugs to reach everything. Thankfully it heats up fast so it's ready to go without much delay, but this really irritates me, which is the reason for only four stars. My fault, I did not check the cord length before purchasing it, assuming it would be the same as my previous models, so I will just deal with it. Outside of that, it's a great unit and the removable water reservoir is definitely a winner, but next time I get a steamer I will certainly check the cord length before I buy it.

I ordered my stem mop last month and I'm obsessed with it, I have three little ones and a large dog and this has been a total lifesaver. It heats up instantly and I'm able to mop my entire house in no time. I really appreciate the steam blaster, it's actually gotten rid of stains that I thought were permanent on my tile floors. Definitely recommend!
