And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.

The washer is quiet and the dryer works good. I like that you can see how many mins there are left in the cycle and all the ways to customize settings. They are also very pretty! Love the color and the sounds. 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It meets the basic needs, but it doesn't fully replace what I had. The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

It offer's everything that I need to do the laundry more easy and for me to make sure that our clothes are clean and safe with every wash. I love the fact that it has the Bedding Cycle since it's something that I was looking forward to use. I love Comforters that are heavy and I always had a hard time washing them , but this time I was so amazed and happy to be able to wash them without worrying if they would come out clean or not. I also love the self cleaning cycle that way I'm always sure my clothes will always be cleaned and smelling fresh. I love it and I'm so happy to own another Samsung product.

It came with the house, and was brand new. The washer did a wonderful job at washing clothes. It is quiet, and seems to be very efficient. The reason I gave it a three Star rating is because it is a front load washer. This is the second front load washer we have owned, and after the first, I said, I would never buy one. But it came with the house we bought. We have lived here for two years and it is time to replace the washer. The problem with front load washers is that no matter what you do, they always tend to smell like mold and mildew. We would leave the front door open on the washer. After each load, I cleaned the washer every time it started to smell or when the washing machine told me it needed cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it no matter what every two weeks. It still smells! I just don’t understand that at all.

I can put a queen size comforter in it and the vibration reduction technology does its job. It’s actually smaller in length than my previous washer but holds so much more. I love it!!!
