When I sold my house I had to leave my samsung washer and dryer behind. This is a repurchase of a newer model in my new home. It is very efficient in cleaning with several other functions on the washing machine that help provide the best possible outcome for my clothing with great care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd front loader washer. Much happier with the Samsung vs the prior Bosch. The variety of settings is so help, from the # of rinses, # of spins, how dirty the load is. It is large and can fit our king size quilt. It is in our basement so I don't hear it running at all. Highly recommend this brand and model.

Awful experience with Samsung appliances. The washer has issues where it becomes unbalanced in the last rinse + spin cycle causing the washer to rinse, drain repeat with no resolution. The only solution is to manually drain it using the emergency drain at the bottom next to the filter. This is unacceptable, as someone who has used an LG front load washer, I've never thought issues like this existed. What happened to the times where companies made products that just worked without any tricks. Get it together Samsung, or drop the business.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and dryer set as a replacement to our old Samsung set. We used the old set for about 20 years. So fast things are working good. There are a couple of concerns though. One is that the washer doesn't spin as well as our last washer. Our clothes felt almost dry with our older washer. This new one doesn't spin out enough water. Secondly, the door on the washer can't be changed to the other side. The dryer door can be changed. We are going to try to put the washer on the left side of the dryer and see if that works. The only problem we foresee is that the drain might not be long enough for this. All in all we like our new set. I've just downloaded the app for three "Smart Care" feature, but haven't used it yet. The reviews on the app store for this feature doesn't look good though. Time will tell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could of afforded them both at once…But they are finally joined and I couldn’t be happier…All I have to do is put my clothes in and it determines the rest…They are quite, save on water and utilities…It self cleans and the dryer doesn’t over dry your clothing.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because if you don't wipe down the inside of the door, the rubber ring, and the detergent drawer the washer starts to emit a smell. I'm not sure if this is normal as this is the first front load washer I've ever purchased. Otherwise, it's great!

Constant odor. Cleaning machine makes no difference. Must leak into inaccessible areas. Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. Huge hassle to try to get service. Gave up. Also, legs won’t stay balanced long. Had my previous (NOT Samsung) washer for over 10 years. Should have kept it. This one is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is nice and quiet and seems to do a great job on the clothes. The tub is really large--much larger than my old stacking front-load set. The only drawback is that, once it starts to fill with water, there is no opening the door until the cycle is completed or the tub is completely drained. Make sure you have that last sock before starting!!!
