It gets the job done and gets my clothes very clean with a very low Noise. It is also Very sturdy And has zero vibration coming from it. I love it and I will recommend it to My friends and family!

Very quiet for when the kids are asleep fits amazingly in the small space with have. Doesn’t vibrate or move around the laundry room! Holds a big load of laundry!

With that being said, sometimes a deep cleaning warrants more than the supplied water. Often requiring multiple cycles to accomplish task. Wish there was an option to override water levels when needed. All in all, great washer.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

Very dissatisfied with this vender RXO they did deliver the washer and dryer but didn’t install them. Long story short they rescheduled every day for next day, next day, and next day. They never came to install them, I had to hire someone to come install them. Because I had them for 5 days and they were just sitting in my garage and RXO kept rescheduling my installation and I kept missing days of work. I recommend not to let the delivery guys leave your house without installing your washer and dryer.
