I found it intuitive to operate. Washer tub is a good size for my weekly washing needs. Overall I recommend this companies products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new washer delivered a week ago and I’ve done probably 15 loads so far because we have a new puppy!!! We had a Samsung previously that lasted 12 years and was reliable. This one, so far is even better I believe. It has more options for temperature of the water, extra rinses, spins and seems to wash a bit more quickly than my old one did. I love it so far, AND it has a 20 year warranty! I like the redesigned door seal too that’s supposed to cut down on the mildew problem the old door seals had. I’m looking forward to using it for many more years!

Zero stars. 3 weeks out of warranty, this washer destroyed itself. The counterweight in the machine broke loose from the drum, then broke itself in half. Dented the front of the machine, punctured the drum and leaked all over the place. This seems like a failure that should never have happened. The installation was correct - level and secure. We did a self clean monthly. The calibration was checked regularly. What a disappointment and a total waste of $.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love getting new appliances so when we received our new Samsung washer I was excited to start using it. We had a older Samsung set we liked but we were definitely in need of an upgrade. This machine works effortlessly and barely makes a sound. I wasn’t so sure I was going to like the white color since most of our home appliances are stainless steel or black stainless steel but in the end it really didn’t matter. I was disappointed though that this washer doesn’t come with a steam option and our older set did so that was a big bummer. I do like that these can be stacked on top of each other for space optimization. The washer is 27in with a pretty large 4.5cu ft drum. It holds a full load of clothes which i need with my kids and cleans them really well. I really enjoy the smart touch feature and the LED display that makes it easy to read. It comes with 10 preset washing cycles, 6 additional washing options and 5 temperature levels. The smart phone feature is super useful in managing your washer and I really love the self clean option since cleaning a washing machine I don’t consider fun. It is energy star compliant which is always nice since we watch how much electric we use closely. Even with missing the steam option this machine cleans well and it’s the first machine i recall having that had its own separate whites or active wear settings. I am very happy with this washer.

Bought this washer a year and half ago and from day one it shook pretty bad and vibrates more then needed now 1 year 6 months later washer is busted shakes so bad you can’t wash and they say can’t fix cause past their “1 year warranty” wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine a week ago. I run several different programs and runs good. The looks are great. Manual has limited explanation of the different programs. The temperature setting is from cold to hot, without any indication on actual temperature setting (i.e., degrees F or C).

I bought my laundry pair approx 4 years ago and am so disappointed. My washer has orange residue from softer holder - possible rusting screw..: no one seems to know and although we vacuum lint trap on a regular basis… still had a lint fire. Dryer is designed with lint trap just above motor. Lint continues to roll off lint collector to motor. I have had numerous appliance maintenance professionals to my home with no answers. I’m in constant fear of a house fire. I am getting rid of both as soon as I can afford another set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about two months ago and have had no complaints so far. Quite operation. I have enjoyed the multiple settings both different loads and within the loads. And I have now gotten used to it “singing” to me when finished. The only complaint so far is a small issue when added detergent and softener along with my sanitizer; there isn’t enough room in the reservoir to hold it and I have noticed it running out into the machine before the start of the load.
