When I sold my house I had to leave my samsung washer and dryer behind. This is a repurchase of a newer model in my new home. Drum doesn't clean with self clean and stinks. Front Door Seal leaks and is falling apart. Fills with water 3/4 all the time and does not finish wash. Need to unload and drain with a cloth and bucked. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. They need to stick to phones.

The only thing I have to say about it that I don't like is the beeping (songs) /noises when turning it om and off and when it's done. Lol. Besides that it's amazing!

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

We can control the number of spin cycles based on what we are washing which is perfect for increasing when washing towels and socks. The look is modern and simplistic. Super easy to install, setup and use!

Constant odor. Cleaning machine makes no difference. Must leak into inaccessible areas. Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. Huge hassle to try to get service. Gave up. Also, legs won’t stay balanced long. Had my previous (NOT Samsung) washer for over 10 years. Should have kept it. This one is terrible.

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Samsung Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired. Only trust reviews that have used the product for some time.
