Stabilizer's and bearings went at the same time and was going to cost close to the price of a new machine to fix it. Let’s try this again. Next time, we’re looking for a new brand.

Laundry is a huge part of my life and I never knew how loud my precious washer was till I ran a 2 cycles in this Samsung washer. It’s so crazy quiet and wrings out the clothes perfectly so it cuts down on dry time. I also was in love with the color of the washer and the beautiful completion chime.

The new one runs like a dream, very quiet, no noticeable vibration at all. Thanks to Samsung for turning out a veritable Cadillac of a washing machine!

Your Samsung Washer BLEW IT OUT of the WATER ! The washer has a modern, sleek design that looks great in the laundry room, and the drum capacity is generous, which makes it perfect for washing bulky items like comforters and large loads of towels. What stands out most is how quiet and efficient it is. Even during the spin cycle, the noise level is surprisingly low. The Eco and Quick Wash cycles are genuinely useful — the quick wash finishes a small load in under 30 minutes, and the clothes still come out clean and fresh.

I should have researched this better... Hardly got out of warranty period and started having issues. Machine chews up clothing. Keeps getting stuck pumping out water when there is no water in it. If you press the "smart care" button it just brings up an blank screen and has to be unplugged. Will only wash cloths on "normal" any other setting causes it to endlessly pump water. Half the buttons are smudged off, so you can't read them..

It let's me know even when im not home when load is done. Its is quite no vibration.i can do large blankets and they come out clean no left over detergent or spots that are not done.

I was very pleased with the first one nothing was wrong with the first one after 3 years but gave it away for size reasons and now I purchased this black one and I love it so far!
