We find the quiet operation to be most enjoyable. Although there are only two of us the capacity would be adequate for a larger family. It is a clean design with enough operational features that can accommodate all loads.

Also, I do not like the fact that the cycle resets to normal after each wash. My previous Samsung machine would stay on the last cycle used, which I prefer. If there is a way to make this adjustment, I was not able to find it in the manual.

I was very pleased with the first one nothing was wrong with the first one after 3 years but gave it away for size reasons and now I purchased this black one and I love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior Samsung front load washer stopped working with HE error indicator. Ordered a replacement. Almost identical to prior model. Has all the features we enjoy. Easy use. Large capacity. Very quiet and virtually no vibration. However, neither my wife nor I are thrilled with the ultra sensitive buttons on right. If we merely brush up against them a warning light/sound is triggered.

It fits so much in a wash, has lots of settings and outperforms al other machines in terms of cleanliness. I love the cycle options as well as the 5 settings for rinse. The clothes come out very clean and barely wet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job of getting larger loads clothes clean and in a shorter amount of time than previously used top load washers. I love the different wash cycle options. It’s quiet and isn’t an eyesore. The only draw back is that it failed to empty after a load and locked clothes in. That unit was replaced with the same washer and there hasn’t been any issues since.
