It runs quietly, with minimal noise or vibration, which is something I really appreciate. The multiple wash settings give me plenty of options depending on the load, and everything I e washed has come out clean and fresh. Overall, it’s been smooth, efficient, and easy to use. A solid choice if you’re looking for reliable washer. And perfectly pairs with my Samsung front load dryer.

It let's me know even when im not home when load is done. Its is quite no vibration.i can do large blankets and they come out clean no left over detergent or spots that are not done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is really nice. I like the fact that it’s not loud and it washes my clothes sufficiently. The only thing I don’t like is that the detergent dispenser on the inside of the washer is right in front of the door. If you forget to toss something in and open the door laundry detergent and softener spill out of the washer causing you to have to clean up a mess. Other than that it’s great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior Samsung front load washer stopped working with HE error indicator. Ordered a replacement. Almost identical to prior model. Has all the features we enjoy. Easy use. Large capacity. Very quiet and virtually no vibration. However, neither my wife nor I are thrilled with the ultra sensitive buttons on right. If we merely brush up against them a warning light/sound is triggered.

I should have researched this better... Hardly got out of warranty period and started having issues. Machine chews up clothing. Keeps getting stuck pumping out water when there is no water in it. If you press the "smart care" button it just brings up an blank screen and has to be unplugged. Will only wash cloths on "normal" any other setting causes it to endlessly pump water. Half the buttons are smudged off, so you can't read them..
