They are fast acting indeed, I personally do not like the numbness sensation in my whole mouth, but you will stop feeling the sore throat or any pain. It lasted long and you can repeat every two hours. No so happy with the inactive ingredients or extra sugar and colorants. Not necessary to my opinion.

I've used other sore throat relievers that have failed in every regard. These seem to do the trick for a good amount of time and we'll keep these in the house... especially during flu and cold season this year! I recommend.

These drops really do provide relief and the Alpine Herbs and Mint flavor is pleasant and not overpowering. They greatly eased my discomfort. I always keep a few on hand in my purse and desk for emergencies and they are the perfect size! They work fast and have an active ingredient that is an oral pain reliever! I would highly recommend these lozenges!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These taste bad, terrible! The mint is very mild but leaves an after taste I am still trying to get rid of after eating a ritz cracker. They also numb my taste buds, in a way that's making it difficult to even taste the cracker. The menthol in these is also very mild. They taste and feel in my mouth almost like a mild mint. I don't see them doing anything for a sore throat. These should go back to the drawing board.

I didn't realize Mucenix made these. This worked great for my itchy/sore throat from sinuses.
