works great yes your tongue goes numb for a bit but works wonders i have a sore throat from head cold i couldn't sleep but took these n works like a charm

I really like the resealable bag that these come in. No more spilled drops. Honey and Echinacea are my favorite flavor. I try a lot of lozenges and these taste good. The drops are nice round and smooth, easy to suck on.

Work if you use exactly as directed! I think ppl just pop these in without paying attention to the directions. Hate the corn syrup and dyes, that will change hopefully. Mucinex gives relief. I likey!
