These are fantastic for a severe sore throat! Used as directed, 2 lozenges, one right after the other, provides a couple hours of relief. They have no menthol in them, and they taste good. They do a wonderful job of numbing the pain. I have the flu and couldn't sleep because of my sore throat. I used two of these and was able to get some much needed rest!

It doesn't make the pain of a really sore throat go away but it definitely takes the edge off of the pain when swallowing. It doesn't make your tongue numb like some products do. I like that I'm the realm of cough drops, it's a pretty mild flavor. I can still drink my coffee when I have one and it doesn't make my coffee taste terrible.

These really work and I recommend them . They work great and are soothing for a hacking cough . We use mucinex medication and these don't take the place of the OTC but they do really help with an aggressive cough . They are a good price here at Walmart and I recommend them for short term cough therapy . They are not low additive like some of the organic and more natural remedies but for short term they work and they are good

Just discovered these in 2024 and they are a serious game changer to getting well soon! You must try them! Now when I get sick they are one of my first go too's! They taste good and sooth your sore throat pain like never before! They are great not only for the winter flu season but also for severe allergy attacks. They are always in my cabinet! A must try!

The taste wasn't too bad, but the benefit was a big plus. This helped with my scratchy sore throat and it didn't take many. So while they're not the cheapest, cheap isn't always a good thing. I would purchase these again if needed.

Be aware of the side effects. These drops have a different medication than others and they work, HOWEVER, five to ten minutes after you've gotten relief from the soreness in your throat, you suddenly get whacked with a raging case of HEARTBURN. It's a common side effect of this drug, so pay attention to this possibility when trying this for the first time. The heartburn, which I rarely ever get, was so bad I went back to the menthol drops.

Took as directed. My throat is only hurting a little bit from sinus drainage. After the second drop I still felt no change really in my throat. Tongue felt slightly numb but that was really it and it wore off very quickly. Still on the hunt for the best cough drops I guess :(

Took as directed 2 lozenges every 2 hours for 8 hours with absolutely no pain relief. The only thing it did was make my tongue slightly numb. Waster of time and money.

So I've bought this twice, the first time I purchased it was right before my move from Colorado, the ones I bought there were fantastic, worked very well! I didn't end up bringing them with me because I so rarely need them, but lo and behold, not a week after my move, the temp dropped and I got sick. Bought another pack in Minnesota, and I don't think these have any semblance of medication in them, they tasted fine, but didn't do anything. You can tell when you pop a cough drop that it's doing something almost immediately, these might as well could just be hard candies for all I can tell.

Please do your research on the ingredient in this product. Yes, it does numb your sore throat. It works. But, the side effect is that it also causes damage to your gums. After only 2.5 days of use my gums are so sensitive that I can't even consider flossing and brushing is painful. I can't even imagine what this ingredient has done to my stomach lining.
