The Ring pop cherry flavor is good. It reminds me of cherry koolaid. Not too sweet but also has a good strong flavor. You can change the intensity depending on how much water you add to it. Perfect for those on the go as it comes in sticks for easy travel. Go get yourself one and give it a try.

The flavor is a perfect combination of salty and sweet, due to the heavy sodium electrolytes provided. Love how easy and portable these are. Also this brand is super creative and has fun with their flavors, which I love!! It's a fun brand! I hit a few workout classes per week and I will seriously be adding these in my rotation in order to stay hydrated :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. I felt very hydrated after drinking this. I was in the sun all day and definitely needed it. The only thing is ot does not taste like ring pop. It just taste like mild cherry. The packaging is cute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid IV hydration multiplier in ring pop cherry sugar free had me soo excited! It is a drink mix that changes the flavor of water. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste very ring pop-like. It is sugar free, so I'm wondering if that plays a part in the why. It still adds flavor to water though and gives a hydration boost. I love that I can just mix them into a water bottle. And it's easy to take these on the go.

I thought it was OK, but nothing great. The sodium content was on the high end at 500mg. You pour in water, stir and drink. I would not buy for myself but will finish what I received
