I love Liquid IV for super active days, and the packets are great to throw in my bag when on the go. It dissolves super well in drinks and the powder has a great shelf-life.

I just wish it was a little less sweet. These are great to rehydrate from a night after drinking. I do you like that it has a lot of B vitamins included.

The flavor wasn't bad, just lighter than I expected, so I added a regular water flavor packet as well. Great option if you want strong hydration and a mild flavor.

While it's a flavor I'll likely keep on hand, if you're looking for the ring pop flavor nostalgia you'll probably be disappointed. First off, I love that this is a sugar free flavor. It dissolves nicely and it's not too sweet or too salty in taste. Upon my first few sips, I actually this was raspberry in flavor and not cherry. I find that the cherry flavor is quite minimal and doesn't resemble ring pop at all. Still would recommend if you're looking for an electrolyte packet that isn't too overpowering.

But this actually surprise me. It's pretty balanced, sweet enough that you tasted cherry, but not so sweet that you drinking it halfway through the bottle. The nostalgia hit is real though. It does taste like the ring pops. I had as a kid, but in a way that feels fun rather than fake or overdone. And since this version is sugar-free, I don't feel bad sipping on it after a workout or on a hot day when I actually need the electrolytes. It mixes really well too, no weird gritty stuff at the bottom of the bottle, which has been a problem for me with other powders. It makes it easy to throw in your bag. I've been throwing a stick in my water bottle in the mornings and it genuinely makes me want to drink more water through the day which is the whole point. Already eyeing other flavors to try.
