It's a TV, it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a TV, it works. The sound is so/so. Thus what I love, is that it has an HDMI eARC. This is what allows me plug in my WiiM as well as my Amazon fire stick, because it is simple and it works. Another item that I like about it has a sleep time. Some how I have come to the a point in my life that some time I sit to watch something and I fall asleep. Thus, the sleep timer is very useful, I just wish it was not berried so far in the back of menu. I am impressed with dynamic color array. As well as, how light it is. I had to nixs the stand it was cheep and flimsy. one could tell not a lot of thought went into.

Beautiful Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture quality, easily connected to WiFi. The sound quality isn't real good, I feel like I can't get the volume set right. Also, the tv itself is bit slow to respond when changing the channel or adjusting the volume.

Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this display. The brightness is high enough to handle a well-lit room without any glare issues. The contrast provides deep blacks and vibrant colors, making movies look fantastic. I also found the interface to be very snappy and intuitive to navigate. Overall, a great addition to my setup!

Very unhappy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so very unhappy with my new 40 inch tv it's so very slow and very unresponsive when using the remote. I need a faster tv. Also I wasn't told that it was a 2025 model and not a 2026!!! That's not good business

"improvements" that make the TV less user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance on the TV is fine. What I don't like is the very complicated remote. Our other Samsung sets have simple to use pads with no number pad and a navigation/select button easy to find and use. The new remote has the arrows and select button confusingly buried among other rarely used buttons. I also find the tiny onscreen app icons bar are much more difficult to read and navigate.

Improvement needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the television. I don't like the structure of te set-up. I had my cable and my separate Roku set-up, and each time I switch between the three inputs, it takes me back to the Samsung Home Screen. So irritating. Also, the remote's ‘back' buttons (return arrow, left carrot/arrow don't work cohesively. Sometimes they go back to the previous screen. Sometimes they go back to the very beginning of the menu or even exit it. Meanwhile, the actual exit button, exits you from the entire input you're at. So if I'm in using the settings menu for the TV but am watching something on Roku, it takes me to the Samsung Home Screen. Ugh. My biggest gripe is that here should be a button on the remote for the ‘picture off' setting. It's not even available IN ‘picture' settings. It's in the ‘accessibility' setting. Why not at least have it in the settings for ‘picture' ? It'd be like having to go through seven different menus to turn the mute on/off. Have that immediately accessible. Make a button for it.

Amazing Build Quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crystal bezel is amazing and the contrast of the screen has never gone dull or the brightness nor the speakers have ever gone bad. Its never had any repairs and the ui of the TV and the remote is still responsive just like new. Anyshare feature specially works well with my ps4 which is amazing.

I can't listen to my new Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the final setup. My new 32" table top TV has an excellent image, five stars, but someone forgot to design the audio to match the quality of the video. The audio was about the quality of a string and tin can (tinny, garbled). I think my first portable transistor radio, Xmas 1955, had better sound. I went back and bought their recommended sound bar for that TV. After investing another 50% of the value of the TV, I have basic TV audio (no less, no more). Why would Samsung want to put their customer through such an ordeal?? Do it right, or don't do it at all!!

Terrible picture, too dark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible picture, would not recommend this tv, no way to adjust brightness, it's at its max. Have tried everything. Samsung said, too bad, not the tv s problem. Both Satellite and streaming the same, picture too dark

Hi Ranger, We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the picture quality on your Samsung F6000F TV. You mentioned adjusting some settings, but I am going to put a few below just in case. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer. You can also adjust the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Standard – Default mode for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer, ideal for well-lit rooms • Movie – Best for dark room viewing • Eco – Energy-saving mode • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content as intended by creators To fine-tune brightness, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, then adjust the Brightness level (0–50) to your preference. Lastly, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now We hope these tips help improve your viewing experience. If you need further support, feel free to contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available via the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Love my Samsung TV's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to share my phone to the TV. Easy to change between different picture brightness and restore them back to how they were originally. The one thing I would like to be different is when screen mirroring you could make it so not all apps would appear on the TV.
