It's so hard to add an app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 3 tv,s 32” 65” 85”. The 32” remote has about a 100 buttons on it and isn't simple to use like the others. TV response to remote is very slow as well.

Once you are use to the interface it's easy to use.There's noticeable quality difference between the 32" & the 40". The only thing I wish it had is a visible clock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance on the TV is fine. What I don't like is the very complicated remote. Our other Samsung sets have simple to use pads with no number pad and a navigation/select button easy to find and use. The new remote has the arrows and select button confusingly buried among other rarely used buttons. I also find the tiny onscreen app icons bar are much more difficult to read and navigate.

The smart features are easy to use, and everything was simple to set up. It has been a great upgrade and makes watching movies, shows, and sports even more enjoyable. Definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend it!

I am 76, have good eyesight but the main controls should be up the top and not 2/3rd's down on the remote. Another thing would help is if the buttons lit up. I watch TV in the dark and when I have to change the channel, I have to turn the lights on.

It would be really nice if it came with a back lit remote. Sound, Picture, and Apps seem great for the price I paid for the tv. Brightness, contrast, responsiveness, soundstage, and clarity are good. Just checking all of the boxes.

Nothing crazy like on an oled or nanoled but still very solid for the price we got it and very affordable too. I recommend this especially on sale for anyone looking for a solid 4K tv with good picture.

I can't even hit the buttons on the remote control. It's like it knows what I want it to do. L o l colors are very vivid. Great picture quality, even when mirroring screens.
