I am 76, have good eyesight but the main controls should be up the top and not 2/3rd's down on the remote. Another thing would help is if the buttons lit up. I watch TV in the dark and when I have to change the channel, I have to turn the lights on.

I had my cable and my separate Roku set-up, and each time I switch between the three inputs, it takes me back to the Samsung Home Screen. So irritating. Also, the remote's ‘back' buttons (return arrow, left carrot/arrow don't work cohesively. Sometimes they go back to the previous screen. Sometimes they go back to the very beginning of the menu or even exit it. Meanwhile, the actual exit button, exits you from the entire input you're at. So if I'm in using the settings menu for the TV but am watching something on Roku, it takes me to the Samsung Home Screen. Ugh. My biggest gripe is that here should be a button on the remote for the ‘picture off' setting. It's not even available IN ‘picture' settings. It's in the ‘accessibility' setting. Why not at least have it in the settings for ‘picture' ? It'd be like having to go through seven different menus to turn the mute on/off. Have that immediately accessible. Make a button for it.

I'm 74 and I needed a brand new TV for my master bedroom . I don't know what Samsung TV is I don't know how to navigate Or get favorite channels I need a tutorial to get it set up Because I'm only using one channel . Heaven forbid I navigate anywhere else I can't get back to where I need to be . Plus when I shut the TV off I have to navigate To several places to get to my channel . So it may take 5 to 7 minutes when I turn the TV on For it to get To a picture . Would you have a phone number I could call to help me set this up

The contrast provides deep blacks and vibrant colors, making movies look fantastic. I also found the interface to be very snappy and intuitive to navigate. Overall, a great addition to my setup!

We have super fast internet and have done all the trouble shooting steps and still it takes the TV over a minute to respond to a channel change, even start up is slow. We have owned Samsung TV's for over twenty years, this smart tv is the dumbest one we have owned. My Samsung in the kitchen is 10+ years old and works faster than this one. If you don't mind waiting for your TV to turn on or change channels then by all means buy it. If like me you want to view your shows in this century shop for a different TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a delay when you make a channel change but it's not bad. Currently after 4 months, there is an issue with the volume control. I have to increase to almost 20 to even hear it. Eventually it works itself out after I power down/up.

Only dislike so far is every time I turn it on, it shows a menu across the whole screen with my actual screen in a small window that left alone eventually pops up and takes over the whole screen. I find this annoying. Other than that, pleased so far.
