Nice picture, but does not handle all apps well. MLB app constantly freezes and can be barely watched for any length of time. Disappointed in this Samsung TV.

Very clear pictures color and contrast are great with great viewing of programs. Easy to maneuver through programs and different apps. No delays in going from one streaming to another.

I responded to your survey already. But I like complaining. The sound quality of our most recent Samsung TV purchase stinks. It is a whole lot harder to understand than our other Samsung TVs. Also, we find the interface to be very NON- intuitive.

I work from home and wanted a tv to put in my office. I didn't need a top of the line model so I was simply looking for a nice budget tv. I mounted this tv in the corner of my office and absolutely no complaints!

Produce are great and works good.You can see all features on remote.And can ask Google anything. And it's a smart TV and the size is great.Something I needed to help me watch more of my Favorite shows. Thanks

Sound and picture quality are great, especially for the low cost. The remote is terrible and has way too many buttons compared to my other simple Samsung remote. I also think this runs slower to commands than I would expect for the Samsung brand.

the tv is great when it comes to picture quality but the software especially coming from Samsung should be way better! It's not possible to download YouTube TV app, that's ridiculous!!

I received my tv in January. It's a wonderful addition to my room. I love everything about it. It's easy to use and have alot of options and it works well with my DIRECTV streaming account. I am well pleased about my birthday gift.
