Seriously a great TV with a slick look and clean home screen, but right out of the box it can feel a bit sluggish if you don't tweak it. If you want it to run super smooth and responsive, do yourself a favor and turn off the data tracking. Just head into your settings and turn off Viewing Information Services and Interest-Based Ads, and opt out of the data-sharing stuff during setup. Once you flip those off, the TV stops wasting processing power in the background, and the performance gets so much faster and snappier. Other than that, I love this TV! I came from a Roku TV and love it-especially the fact that I can pair my earbuds straight to the TV for late-night private listening. Total game-changer of an upgrade!

It was easy to set up. I am 79. The colors and sound are good. It is in a large bedroom. It does not have voice access. The channels you want you will need to figure out in the Samsung Live selection. My 10 is 1122 for instance. You can use Hulu or Disney or Netflix. etc. Those apps are already installed. Remote batteries are included.

I'm impressed with the picture and sound along with the Samsung TV Plus with a guide to choose from hundreds of shows, movies, news, sports! It also has protection from being hacked. It's just the right size for me and a great price for all the extras other tv's at this price do not have.

I just received this tv so I can't comment on it's longevity, but I am not having any of of problems others had. there is a slight lag between the remote and the tv. but not enough to bother me. I have a Samsung phone and tablet, as well as an account do set up was extremely easy. No problems connecting my dvd player via HDMI nor any issues connecting my bluetooth earbuds. The soynd is quite loud on 100%, but not so loud playing a dvd. I'm returning that and have ordered something else. I found this tv easy ro navigate and use, and I'm 74 but pretty tech savvy. Also the picture is great. I find the remote the same as others I've had and easy to use. There was no screen protector on when I got it, that I can tell. I also love that I can access Samsung TV Plus!! I will be keeping this tv.

I wanted a tv to fit in my faux mantle. This one fit. There seems to be a little shadowing on the top of the screen at times. Time will tell if it gets worse or if it is just from what I am watching at the time. Over all a good TV.

A good size screen which gives great crisp images. The sound is also good no need to add speakers.. Great quality at a great price. Worth getting this brand. Easy install. 👍🏼

TV is fine. Installation not as easy as it used to be (to me) Used to plug and play. Now- if you choose to install with their app- it's a PAIN Skip the app and use the remote to install. You can skip ALOT using the remote. The app won't let you SKIP. Boo.

The price was great. Picture quantity phenomenal. However, I wasn't pleased with the sound it sounded a bit muffled. I guess it's not surround sound. I'm still debating if I should return it for that reason alone.

I'm not a fan of the software Samsung wants you to install during the install process. I don't want an app to control my wifi connected apps and I don't want to have all of that stuff online period! The TV works well and meets my needs!

Instructions are terrible. I could not get my tv to get a channel. Somehow (I didnt do it) i finally got a tv channel. Sound is extremely low. I have it set at 62 and can barely hear it. I am shocked for a Samsung. Would definetly not recommend this tv. Waste of money(even at the bargain price).
