This TV sucks. Can't connect. Poor video and sound. 1/5 Stars — Endless connectivity issues and terrible performance ​This Samsung TV has been an absolute nightmare to live with. From day one, it refuses to hold a stable Wi-Fi connection and constantly fails to recognize external devices plugged into its HDMI ports, making it virtually useless as a display hub. ​The video quality is equally disappointing. Colors look washed out, motion handling is poor with noticeable stutter during fast scenes, and the backlight uniformity is a mess. ​Worst of all, the TV emits a constant, irritating high-pitched ringing sound whenever it is powered on. Between the hardware defects, software glitches, and terrible audio-visual performance, this is easily the worst tech purchase I've made. Avoid.

This tv is fine in most respects—it's not our primary television, just one for the bedroom. But the apps load SO slowly. It's sluggish and behind so you have to get used to being patient lest you think the button didn't take and you hit it again, sending you to someplace you don't want. This feels like a small thing, but it's a regular annoyance. I wouldn't buy it again.

Always a great product that Samsung makes, I especially like our curve TV even though some of the features don't work anymore like the smart TV feature because you can't update it or there's not like no way to update certain settings I guess but it has great picture display and a lot of extra options and well need to have an update for it if we can. I also really like the little pointer button thing on the remote.
