Unbelievable vacuum cleaner. Very easy to set up. The vacuum cleaner mapped my large home (3500 sq ft) with in 15-20 min. Very efficient cleaning. B side part is that the crust support team is excellent. I bought it at full price and they were giving discount for a holiday. I called them within a month of buying it and got disco immediately. Buy it without regrets.

Good but not great. Vacuuming isn't going to get 100% of anything. Probably not even 90%. But it's ok for maintenance cleaning. Carpet vacuuming is straight up bad. If company is coming over, you'll need to have another vacuum to really get up everything. But the mopping is pretty decent. Does a good job of avoiding objects and the app has lots of features to customize. Overall, not worth the price tag

I purchased the Saros 10R to replace my aging Roomba and I couldn't be happier! It's 1000x better at mapping my rooms, doesn't run into walls and furniture, and ALWAYS finds its way back to the dock (my Roomba was often found dead under a bed). I have it clean the main part of the house at 2 am while I'm sleeping and wake up to a clean floor. Then - around noon, it cleans the master bedroom, bathroom & closet.

One word. Unbelievable. Truly remarkable. Have had all of the latest greatest Roombas as well as the dyson. Both get stuck, do suboptimal cleaning. Shocked how fast this mapped our 2500 sq ft vacation condo. When cleaning automatically senses obstacles and submits map photos! Mirror, shoes, electrical cords. Fabulous product thus far.

I am simply ecstatic with my Rocky! Love how thoroughly it cleans and it does not require much attention at all. I'm absolutely in love😍

My Wet Sucker has been excellent. I love coming home to a clean house with clean hard wood floors and perfect clean soft carpet. Thanks Roborock!

Dust and debris container is small and not auto-dumping. I have to stop it every 15 mins or so to empty it. Not convenient.

The Roborock Saros 10R does a very nice job cleaning. It is not perfect but is very close to being so. My tile and hardwood floors have never looked better. I think anyone would be happy with this product.

Rocky is amazing our floors have not looked this good for a long time. The app takes a bit of patience to learn so hang in there the results are worth it.

Happy so far... works well and the vaccum er amazing. the device is quiet
