Love the vacuum! BUT, Everytime the vacuum encounters a bump the mops fall off and then the robot stops and I have to go find it and put the mops back on for it to finish cleaning. They are only on there magnetically. They should be secured better.

day1 hit a sensor problem. looks like made too much smart since the device decides not to work in first hr. too many sensors is a problem seems like will take time to get mature. Not worth spending that much money for this level of stupid device.

I got to see it at my brothers house how great vac/mop cleaner and the way it goes around obsticals and how amazing job it does so I got saros 20 for us its newer version wish i had gotten it way before

I received the robot last week. I've been using it several times per day. As with any appliance, it isn't exactly performing 100% but I would place it in the high 90's. The software is good compared to other appliance software and hits the most important aspects of it's operation.

The vacuum doesn't pick up long dog hair well. It's just twines it into a ball which either jams the vacuum or ends up in a wad on the floor in various locations. It also does not pick up dirt at the edges of floor mats in the kitchen or transitions on hard wood floors. Our old vacuum that was a fraction of the price did a better job, until it stopped working. This vacuum is quieter, but that is the only plus. It does not do a good job mopping, either.

I had the Roborock S8 (not the Max or anything) from several years ago, and I decided to upgrade to the Saros 10R - what a difference. While the S8 did a good job for what was available back then, the Saros 10R is a lot better and worth the cost to upgrade: - The mopping is a lot more powerful. The dirty water tank is filthy every day, which is dirt off the floor. - The dust emptying is really good. - The 10R does not get stuck on (pet) hair at all, while the S8 had to be untangled every few days. - The 10R never gets stuck on obstacles in my use. The S8 would pick up a sock or get stuck on a rug quite often. - The 10R is much quieter, despite appearing to vacuum harder.

So happy I finally found the house elf that I needed! Her name is Flora and I have a much better quality of life with her diligent work! Dog hair etc are no longer issues!

Good but not great. Vacuuming isn't going to get 100% of anything. Probably not even 90%. But it's ok for maintenance cleaning. Carpet vacuuming is straight up bad. If company is coming over, you'll need to have another vacuum to really get up everything. But the mopping is pretty decent. Does a good job of avoiding objects and the app has lots of features to customize. Overall, not worth the price tag

The Saros 10R is amazing. It's fast, quiet, and does a great job cleaning up after our dog who sheds and leaves paw prints everywhere. The capacity of the dirt bag is enormous - after several months we haven't had to empty or replace it. The mopping functionality dries quickly and leaves the floors looking great.
