I got so fed up with my iRobot vacuum, which would constantly get stuck and not remember where to vacuum, let alone figure out where the docking station was. I read a review that the Roborock was a much better buy and I am so glad I listened. It is BY FAR the best robot vacuum I've had (I also had the shark previously). It is smart, doesn't bang up the furniture, and quiet (relatively speaking). I also find that the parts are better made and it doesn't get clogged up as much. I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum.

So happy I finally found the house elf that I needed! Her name is Flora and I have a much better quality of life with her diligent work! Dog hair etc are no longer issues!

I bought the Saros 20 3 months ago. It has been wonderful with handling all our pet hair and mopping as The Saros 20 is exceptionally smart, has a long battery life and cleans very efficiently. It needed a replacement part for mop module which was covered under warranty and the replacement process was seamless.

I got to see it at my brothers house how great vac/mop cleaner and the way it goes around obsticals and how amazing job it does so I got saros 20 for us its newer version wish i had gotten it way before

I received the robot last week. I've been using it several times per day. As with any appliance, it isn't exactly performing 100% but I would place it in the high 90's. The software is good compared to other appliance software and hits the most important aspects of it's operation.

One word. Unbelievable. Truly remarkable. Have had all of the latest greatest Roombas as well as the dyson. Both get stuck, do suboptimal cleaning. Shocked how fast this mapped our 2500 sq ft vacation condo. When cleaning automatically senses obstacles and submits map photos! Mirror, shoes, electrical cords. Fabulous product thus far.

I bought the Saros 20 vacuum in April 2026, and I had been waiting to post a review to give an objective assessment of my experience. This machine is the closest thing to a fully-automated solution that I've ever had. I travel a lot for work, my mother who lives with me is an amputee, I have 2 dogs that have dog door access to go in and out as they please, and I also have my sister, my niece, and a roommate all living in my home. Needless to say, there is a ton of foot traffic that happens at my house. Moreover, I have tiled floors, rugs, and carpeted bedrooms that the Saros 20 is assigned to clean daily. Today, the only actions that I have to take are to clean the sensors with a microfiber cloth every 3-4 weeks as well as clean the brush guard during that period as well. I have had to clean the tray where the dirty water from the mop cleaning system evacuates. Another maintenance item is simply refilling the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank every 3-4 days which is a task that any of my household members will take care of. Some challenges that I've experienced are that during the first 30-45 days, there were lots of foreign objects captured in the machine. Clearing the jam was simple enough. I found that cleaning the brush guard when I cleaned the sensors significantly reduced those occurrences. I live in Florida and I keep my house very cool which leads to condensation drips from my A/C system that get sucked into the vacuum, then mixes with the dirt being sucked into the machine which subsequently builds a caked on layer that ever so slightly reduces the vacuum's ability to properly suck away debris. Like I said cleaning it in conjunction with the sensors takes about 10 minutes of effort every 3-4 weeks, so I'm happy with that. Another challenge was that the house's map was reconfigured and caused the machine to have several errors. I simply had to remap the house which took all of 20 minutes and it has been operating smoothly ever since. I use the strongest suction setting with the most thorough cleaning path followed by a thorough mopping route. I have it programmed to clean about 700-800 sq. Feet of my house if I had to guess which is about the limitation of its battery life before it has to recharge. There are multiple settings to get more coverage on a single charge such as less suction power and a less through route. I've only had a few occasions where it didn't complete its tasks in its entirety due to the machine having to spend more time on areas that needed more attention, which it recognizes autonomously. What I love about it. I love that it recognizes different levels of dirtiness. The machine's sensors will recognize a specific spot needs more attention and it will go over it as many times as necessary to make the entire floor entirely clean. It is smart enough to recognize areas with a rug and without it in real time. Some days, I pick up my rugs so that it will clean the entire tile floor, and on other days, it will adjust for the rugs accordingly. If an obstacle first blocks the vacuum, it will return later to clean. It cleans all the way up to the baseboards and in corners consistently. It not only identifies obstacles, it will take a picture of it and you can see it. I've actually called my housemates when I'm out of town to move stuff out of its way to let it complete its cleaning schedule. Those brushes are truly anti-tangle. I had a BobSweep brand model previously that required some significant labor to untangle the brush similar to that of a traditional vacuum. I was disappointed that I could not buy an extended warranty on the device because I would like the peace of mind that the machine will last me at least 3 years to feel I got an appropriate return on investment, but I have not had any persistent issues with it either. The issues that I did have were intuitive enough to resolve on my own. Overall, the machine does the job to a very high level, it doesn't get jammed up, its dynamic enough to clean to the needs of the specific day which leads to a consistently clean floor. It moves from tile to carpet back to tile seamlessly. It does not require constant supervision. It is easy to setup. It is easy to perform maintenance on. The app provides maintenance monitors to help keep track of when specific modules of the device needs attention. Total time spent managing the device each month including filling the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank is between 30 minutes to an hour. It's the closest to fully automating sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming your house that you can get.

Interesting how roborock deletes these bad reviews from their website. I'm no stranger to Roborock products, and I have a good understanding of how to fix them. This experience has been horrible. Day 1: Loud clicking from underneath. It's unable to dock correctly. It cannot attach its mounts. After some time, it fixed itself, but the clicking continues. Then, when it emptied its dustbin, it would be extremely loud. This also eventually fixed itself. Day 2: It stopped picking up debris, and the loud clicking sound continues. It would run over debris without sucking it in. I had to disassemble the bottom and reassemble it, which fixed it, although the clicking continues on occasion. Other issues: - Uneven floor washing. As it mops, the center portion is not cleaned. - The Saros line, including the S20, still has issues with thresholds. If they encounter one, they often get stuck, "hump" it, and try to clean it. I often see them cross the thresholds and immediately go back and try to cross them again. Weird behavior. - Corner side brush still does not extend under hard-to-reach areas and furniture. Other reviewers have also noted this. - The one-year warranty is too short.
