I used to think LG was a good brand, however this TV proved me completely wrong. The TV lasted a little over a year. It is the 85in model. Vertical lines appeared. I called LG support and the TV was not even supported by LG support!!!! The customer support agent says the vertical lines are a known issue with their TV's but maybe not this model.

However, I am dropping one star on this tv because 75% of the time when I turn it on, it will say no network connection. There is no issue with my wifi and the router is near the TV. Sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi or turn the TV on and off or just wait a few minutes. Other than that I love my lg tv. Do wish it didnt have AI.

It connects very quickly to the internet and is compatible with almost all applications, the control is very easy to use as well as the TV I just love everything it is very good I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for the living room. It's mounted on the wall and we watch it from a distance of about 3m. It produces good vibrant colours and contrast. The user interface is easy to use. There are three hdmi sockets, we use one connected to a Sky puck and a firestick. The hdmi port that is an eArc port connects to an LG soundbar which we ordered after. As we previously had a soundbar we did notice a drop in sound quality from the built in speakers, however the new LG soundbar improved the sound and supplies 5 channel surround sound. Overall I'm very pleased with the picture quality especially on such a large TV. The price for this quality makes it a good buy.
