[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv, just had this for 2 weeks, 65 inch version is a great size, not too overwhelming. Screen is bright, colours are impressive, especially watching in HD or even better in UHD. Set up was easy enough following instructions on the screen. Only downside was when trying to attach the feet to the tv, this was very difficult, holes didn't line up properly. LG should come up with a better design/method to attach the feet. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this tv

However, I am dropping one star on this tv because 75% of the time when I turn it on, it will say no network connection. There is no issue with my wifi and the router is near the TV. Sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi or turn the TV on and off or just wait a few minutes. Other than that I love my lg tv. Do wish it didnt have AI.

The picture quality really stood out right away — colors look nice and detailed, and it's noticeably sharper than whay I was excepting. Setup was simple and didn't take long at all, even for someone who isn't super techy. I also love how slim the design is; it looks great on a stand (our floor currently) and I know on the wall when we mount it, it won't feel bulky at all. We are going use it daily which I am so excited for. Would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade a room without wanting to overspend. The use of the smart function is hit or miss. Even when I have being using it for BBC iplay on one day it may not work the next. I keep getting the message "I keep getting "host name does not match server certificate". I have switched server and TV on and off and checked for software updates but still works sometimes and not others.

I'm using this TV as a computer monitor, in an adjusted vivid mode and it's fantastic. I also have a 77" G5 for TV viewing. This would make a good bedroom TV but it's not intended, at least to me, to be your everyday TV. Once you realize its limitations, it works just fine.

The picture is sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the different picture modes make a noticeable difference whether I'm watching movies, sports, or playing games. I also really like the built-in LG Channels because there are so many free channels to choose from. One feature that surprised me is the AI Chatbot—it makes it easy to troubleshoot or find settings without having to search online. With the World Cup going on, this TV has been perfect for watching soccer. The picture stays clear during fast plays, and the motion is smooth, making every match even more enjoyable. While the actual tv picture and sound are excellent, the design and layout of the ports on the back of the set are horrible. As well having the mounting feet spaced so far apart that the unit will not fit on a standard 48” a/v stand or cabinet. Stupid design features. Also found the technical help a little lacking, and the non-inclusion of any type of owners manual completely unacceptable.
