They didn't properly tighten the water line resulting in damage to our hardwood floors and leaking in the basement. One of the handles wasn't properly attached and they also didn't remove any of the various protective film and tape all over the fridge.

I was a bit hesitant in shopping for a replacement since the scuttlebutt out there is that all new refrigerators are junk but when I learned LG had redesigned the compressor and backed it with a 10 year warranty I decided to go for it. I am appreciating the subtle things on it. The easy to use internal water dispenser. The always full ice tray. The solid "thunk" of the doors closing. The LG ThinQ app. The WiFi connection. Mostly, I like the design inside, very easy to arrange items and get to them. If it lasts as long as my old Amana, it will be a winner.

It's was time for an upgrade I went back looking for the same style this model is upgrade to a couple of new features. If you like me basic staying away from all the digital features long lasting fridge this model is for you

The counter depth style has plenty of room for storage of all our food and I like the sleek design and fingerprint resistant stainless finish.

Only thing for improvement is needs a butter dish area and plastic shelves on door are a little cheap looking and thin. Overall very Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this is a good product. It is quiet and efficient. One odd situation was that the air filter cover was defective. However, after contacting LG, a new one was sent along with a new filter in a prompt manner.

I replaced a Subzero all refrigerator with the LG.

We are enjoying our new fridge and all of it's functions.
