I've owned this fridge for a month, and noticed it just doesn't get cold enough in the fridge. So after some additional research and testing, only the right side of the vents actually blow air, leaving the left side a good 3-4 degrees warmer. This results in temperatures in the 40's, especially in the door which is highly unsafe. People check the temperature of your fridge!

We like LG so replaced our 20yr old refrig with this - the closest to our old model. Some major design issues, unfortunately, they've gone backward. #1. The deep doors are annoying; unless packed full, the items clank around with each door open/close. Additionally, they make the refrigerator well past counter-depth. #2. If you open the right door first, and afterward decide to open the left side also... Look out! the vertical flap on the left door will not retract and can slam your hand if it's in the way when it's time to close the doors. #3.The deli-tray: It's crazy there is a solid top across it, that requires fully opening both doors to grab something that is right there. Our old version had a flip-up lid and I may cut this solid surface off and reinstall it with a hinge. #4. Fruit & vegetable bins have handles at the bottom, so it's ergonomically inefficient to pull open, then go up and inside the deep well; why not pull from the top to start with? #5. The ice bin in the freezer quickly turns cubes into a solid mass. Not sure what's up there.

We have had to replace the ice maker twice. And the 3rd one is not working properly. It makes about 8 ice cubes per night.

love the big inside. Problem is the water tastes like plastic. Even after a few gallons flushed through it. runs quiet

Purchased for my new home and am pleased. There are a couple dings in the doors which is being taken care of with speed and courtesy.

We are so happy with our new refrigerator! Counterdepth was something was worried about but it has plenty of space still. It is so nice!

The Lg counter depth three door refrigerator has been except issue with right not staying level with left door. Awaiting for LG tech to correct

This is a huge counter-depth unit. Very beautiful and stylish looking. Plenty of storage space and quiet.
