I shopped everywhere looking for that perfect new refrigerator. I love how much can fit into this refrigerator. I have 3 crispers now and it makes my life so easy. I always thought that it was a must have, ice and water in the door. Not any longer. The water is tucked away nicely inside of the refrigerator. And it's really nice to be able to tie all of my appliances together in one place with the ThinQ application. I'm truly spoiled now. This refrigerator will make your kitchen look sexy!

Had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and both my wife and I love it. It is super quiet and cooling great. The outer part is super easy to clean and looks great against our cabinets. So impressed with quality that we purchased a new LG washing machine that should be delivered soon.

Bought this fridge in Dec 2022. We forgot to connect it to Wi-Fi .....six months later, it turned itself off & all our food spoiled. Technician came out to explain that we needed to download update to internal computer!! Who knew?!Now that we have it connected to internet, it's GREAT!

I had an older side by side LG refrigerator and gas range that i lost in a recent kitchen fire along with an LG gas range. I replaced all of my appliances with LG! washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas range and the refrigerator. The refrigerator has so much room! I also like that the water dispenser is on the inside.

There isnt anything about this new fridge that I don't love. From the capacity for storage in the doors to the huge vegetable and meat drawers it is so spacious and well designed. I absolutely love the bottom freezer. It's so easy to organize and find stuff. I love having the water dispenser inside the fridge and not on the door. It's much less messy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a 101 year-old house and are more limited on space. This is a great layout and use of all space. The shelving is easy to move and repurpose. Even the really small drawer in the refrigerator is so purposeful. Very well done LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied for the most part...I do not have a water line to feed ice maker; would like to see a better configuration to accommodate ice cube trays and ice bin as option. My only other complaint is one of annoyance when items, especially plastic drinking bottles stored on the door shelves fall over if you are carefull when closing the doors.

We like LG so replaced our 20yr old refrig with this - the closest to our old model. Some major design issues, unfortunately, they've gone backward. #1. The deep doors are annoying; unless packed full, the items clank around with each door open/close. Additionally, they make the refrigerator well past counter-depth. #2. If you open the right door first, and afterward decide to open the left side also... Look out! the vertical flap on the left door will not retract and can slam your hand if it's in the way when it's time to close the doors. #3.The deli-tray: It's crazy there is a solid top across it, that requires fully opening both doors to grab something that is right there. Our old version had a flip-up lid and I may cut this solid surface off and reinstall it with a hinge. #4. Fruit & vegetable bins have handles at the bottom, so it's ergonomically inefficient to pull open, then go up and inside the deep well; why not pull from the top to start with? #5. The ice bin in the freezer quickly turns cubes into a solid mass. Not sure what's up there.

The air filter cover is crooked on the inside. So it doesn't hold the plastic encased air filter designed for this model. It came with a soft packaged filter. I cannot find those anywhere. It's odd that the filter cover is has that defect. Also, the ice maker doesn't seem to make a ton of ice.
