I was given a free sample for my honest opinion. The Member's Mark Beef Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes was delicious! The beef was incredibly tender, and the gravy had great flavor. The only downside was that the vegetables took a little longer to cook than the package directions suggested, but it was worth the extra time. I'd say it's a great meal for two people and can easily feed three or four, although it didn't quite have enough potatoes for our family of four. There was so much tender beef, though, that I just made a few extra potatoes to go with it. Overall, it's an excellent meal that's convenient, hearty, and definitely one I'd buy actually buy.

I would give it a while five stars but it was a bit salty. I've had it two times already within a week of each other. The meat comes out tender but some of the potatoes were a bit under done. It's good if you end it with bread or rice to offset the saltiness.

I was given a free sample for my honest opinion. This was actually a really good roast. Our family normally wouldn't buy something like this since we like to smoke our own meat. But I cannot believe how tender this roast was! I used my toddlers plastic fork to separate the meat for each plate. And it continued to be just as soft over the next several days for leftovers. The sauce was nice and flavorful. The carrots and potatoes had good crunch, but I prefer a softer potato. If I needed a quick hearty meal that fed a crew, this would be the meal I grab.

I was given a free sample to give my honest review. 😍 The meal has the BEST flavoring. I cooked it as the instructions said but the potatoes and carrots were not cooked throughout. So I pulled the meat out (not to overcook and toughin' it up) and cooked the veggies on a higher temp and it took 2 more rounds of 15 mins. Soooo, GREAT DISH, but I had to adjust the cooking. I will absolutely be buying this dish!!!

I was given a free sample for my honest review. The roast was flavorful and fork-tender. It was well-seasoned with no need to add salt or pepper. The potatoes and carrots weren't quite done enough for my taste, but with plenty of leftovers, I think additional time in the oven to reheat for the next meal will give them the softer texture I prefer. The gravy adds extra flavor to the nostalgic roast and potatoes dish.

The food tasted good. I broke it up into multiple meals that reheated well. I cooked it on the longer end to ensure that the veggies would be softer to absorb the gravy more. Overall a great and quick meal option!

Could use a little more gravy

Based on previous reviews I covered it with aluminum foil and cooked it longer than the directions stated. The vegetables were firm but not raw. The gravy has a strange aftertaste. The roast was very tender but the gravy turned me off.

The potatoes and carrots were raw even after following cooking instructions. The meat was tender and did not need a knife. The biggest problem it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I believe it was the gravy

I did not like the flavor and it was way too salty. This was a shame, because the meat was tender and would otherwise have been pleasing. I would never buy this again.
