I bought this as a quick meal option for my Dad. He said it needed a little more gravy, potatoes and carrots but it was really flavorful and he was going to use the leftover meat for sandwiches.

I had never seen this in Sam's, but I love pot roast, and the price was excellent. About the same as just buying the roast, but the potatoes, carrots, and gravy are included, and no oven heating up the house, or long wait for the crock pot!

What a delicious dinner and so easy to make. I made it for my 87 yo father who is a very picky eater and he ate a full plate. Highly recommend!

Mmmm mmmmm good! This is a go to meal! It's moist, tender and very tasty to the soul! The vegetables are good and tasty too. DELICIOUS!

Delicious quick meal. Potatoes were a little undercooked so leave in a little longer if you like them more tender.

I would give it a while five stars but it was a bit salty. I've had it two times already within a week of each other. The meat comes out tender but some of the potatoes were a bit under done. It's good if you end it with bread or rice to offset the saltiness.

This pot roast looked very enticing. Looked cooked to perfection. While it was very tender and moist, i didnt care for the sweet glaze it had on it. My wife has sensitive taste buds and couldnt eat it. I managed to eat my portion, but just didnt care for the flavor. It is a personal thing and I'm sure others might find it quite tasty.

The roast was very tender, but the overall tast was rather strange to me, as the gravy had a weird unappealing sweetness to it. The potatoes, while cooked through, had a very dense texture. There was enough food for 4 - 6 people, but since it's only for my wife & I, we had lots of leftovers for 2 more meals. After the first meal, the leftovers sat on our refrigerator untouched for a week. Neither of us had any desire to eat the leftovers, so it will definitely be thrown out. I'm sure someone will enjoy ti, but not us. To each his own.

I reheated the meal as directed. The potatoes and carrots were not tender. The roast was good for only the first night. After that the meat was mushy, oddly textured. Could it be caused by a meat tenderizer? The vegetables never did get tender. Odd.

Bought from one location and tasted decent, bought next time from different location and tasted aweful, was seasoned diffrrently with odd unpleasant taste additionally way too salty.
