So far, the Roborock Q10 S5+ has saved me so much time. Not only does it intelligently map out where to vacuum, but it also does a good job of mopping. I've had this for more than 3 months, and haven't had to empty the dock yet!

My 1st experience with robot vacuum. Did a lot of research & so glad I chose this one. Awesome app. Cleans great (including cat crystals) & empties bin effectively. Reasonable time to clean & seldom gets stuck (chair legs).

Where have you been all my life?!? I LOVE this thing! "Roberta" is so smart. I love her so much that I ordered a second one to gift to my parents for Christmas!

This is my second Roborock purchase. I was excited about the mop feature.....that quickly ended watching the mop make streaks across the floor, not even mopping the entire floor. There is only 1 nozzle to distribute the cleaning solution, so in turn you get only the middle of the mop wet= stripes. Kinda ridiculous. This isn't a mop.

I have used a shark robo vac but with two German Shepherds, I felt like the brush would spread the hair around and it also got clogged up at times. Each use, I felt like it had to be cleaned/unclogged, hair pulled off from the brush. Now with the Roborock, I keep checking the underside and “No dog hair;” it works beautifully and cleans very well. It's high power is amazing and works great cleaning my ruggable rugs I have in the entryway and kitchen. This one is a winner. As people have said, I don't think I will get 7 weeks out of the disposable vac bags, but I have been using the Roborock for two weeks on a daily basis and can get a few more days without changing the bad. I am still happy with this vacuum!

I love this thing! I hadn't upgraded my robot vacuum since 2015, and my how technology has improved. I love the app and I love the straight lines the vacuum leaves. With two cats, we schedule it to clean three days a week. Even upstairs and down in the basement! So cool. AND AFFORDABLE!

This is the first robotic vacuum I've owned. I did a lot of research and decided on this one due to price, reviews and the fact that it is vacuum only. So far, it is meeting expectations. I have a little over 1900 sq ft of laminate flooring with several large rugs and it runs over the whole house with a little over 30% of battery power left over. It takes about 1.5 hrs but I don't notice it running because it's not that loud. I have to empty the fibers from the rugs, manually out of the reservoir, because they don't get emptied during the auto empty, but that's the only drawback. Everything else gets sucked out. I love that it gets under the beds where my two cats hide sometimes. It is very easy to set up and get the control through the APP. Would recommend this vacuum.

Roborock Cleans in an orderly pattern unlike the other brand we had. And I love that it empty's the dirt into a sealed bag. This one is also quieter than the other one. It's really better in every way. We got this one on sale at a very reasonable price. Honestly, it does such a good job, but I'm not sure why I would ever buy their top-of-the-line model. so if you want a really good robot vacuum cleaner, but you can't decide if you need their more expensive one or this one. Get this one.

I am recently living on my own with 2 senior dogs & was struggling to juggle all the things. I wanted to automate any tasks that I could and vacuuming was one of them. I love that the Roborock is agile enough to navigate the high thresholds and nuances of my 1880s home, can be scheduled for after meals and full cleans and auto empties so I only have to worry about bag changes about every month or so. It was easy to install, the app is helpful in alerting you to issues / starting cleans and I like being able to hear the robot vacuum announce its return to dock. I have not yet tried controlling it with Alexa, but that may be next. Highly recommend if you have pets and especially if you live alone.

One son came back home and brought his cat. And then the other son came back home and brought his cat. And then my husband bought me a cat. I bought the Q10 S5+ and loved it so much I bought one for my parents. It brings some sanity and cat hair control to my life. I docked one star because the instructions aren't as clear as they could be around setting and differentiating between rooms and zones, as well as using the vacuum on different floors. Other than that, it's been wonderful.
