It seems to do a good job of vacuuming and has the option of mopping after vacuum which what I use in the kitchen. It has a carpet feature too which works well. I don’t have any pets nor little children so it's basically used for light cleaning in my livingroom & kitchen.

So far, the Roborock Q10 S5+ has saved me so much time. Not only does it intelligently map out where to vacuum, but it also does a good job of mopping. I've had this for more than 3 months, and haven't had to empty the dock yet!

I have used a shark robo vac but with two German Shepherds, I felt like the brush would spread the hair around and it also got clogged up at times. Each use, I felt like it had to be cleaned/unclogged, hair pulled off from the brush. Now with the Roborock, I keep checking the underside and “No dog hair;” it works beautifully and cleans very well. It’s high power is amazing and works great cleaning my ruggable rugs I have in the entryway and kitchen. This one is a winner. As people have said, I don’t think I will get 7 weeks out of the disposable vac bags, but I have been using the Roborock for two weeks on a daily basis and can get a few more days without changing the bad. I am still happy with this vacuum!

I have only used it once so far and it seems to be doing a relatively good job for a robot. I am still learning all about it and how to map. The reviews by GROk seem to be good too so I'm looking forward to having this extra hand around. Especially like the mopping and the choice of either just vacuuming and or vacuuming %26 mopping. It also does short pile carpetting which is an added bonus and since I don't have pets , this Roborock should have a long life.

It's okay on vacuuming - it got stuck several times and I had to pull it out. Haven't tried the mopping function yet - if it isn't good then back it goes.

The Roborock S5 Max is genuinely great at its core tasks: it vacuums thoroughly, maps intelligently, and mops competently. Most days it starts, cleans the entire floor, mops where requested, and returns to base without any human help. However, the lack of basic status feedback (water level and bag fullness) in an otherwise feature-rich app feels like a strange omission in 2025, and the minor mechanical quirks (spinning, dragging the mat, overly sensitive sensor warnings) add up over time. If you can accept physically checking the water tank and accepting the occasional odd behavior, it is still one of the best value robot vacuum/mop hybrids available. If you strongly prefer a more “finished” experience with proper tank/bag monitoring and quieter emptying, consider stepping up to the newer Roborock Q Revo or S8 series. Recommended with the above reservations – a solid 4-star performer that could easily be 4.7 stars with a few software and minor hardware refinements.

Very satisfied. Took a few tries to get the docking and washing working OK but once it fully charged and became familiar with the surroundings, it does a great job. Not scrubbed clean but removes dog prints and drools just fine.

Worked well for 10 months then error that wheels were jammed, I have no carpet, stairs, or rugs with tassels. Live alone with 1 non shedding dog. Warranty and customer service is awful. Don’t recommend this or any Roborock product.

My Q5 Pro had much less technical flaws than my new Q10 S5+. The Q10 gets stuck in places it shouldn't get stuck, then goes into error mode until I get home to free the helpless heep. It does clean well, empty into it's trash bin somewhat decently. But it gets stuck everyday as to where my Q5 Pro never got stuck.
