This is the biggest lot of rubbish. Please don't waste your money on it. But a manual vacuum as it will with faster and save you a lot of frustration. I'm tech savvy but cannot get it to complete one cleaning without it getting stuck in the middle of the floor.

I've been using Roborock for many years and have upgraded multiple times and always been thrilled, until this model. It needs constant babysitting, loses the map information randomly, in just a few months Ive had to remap the house 5 or 6 times. The emptying function quick working within weeks. I will give another model a chance to reinstill my faith in the products but this one has me disappointed. I see now it's one of the lowest price models. Maybe you gerbwhat you pay for?

Catch 22. This us the dumbest robot vacuum out of 3 brands. It gets itself cornered and gives up before it finds the way out. You can't use no go zones until it's created a map and it can't create a map because it keeps getting stuck that cancels the mapping. You have to put up barricades to complete a map. Once the map is created you can modify it all you want. First you install all your no go zones and then create your rooms. You can have one big giant room or as many little ones as you like. If you want to do full house you can designate the order they're done. You can also send it off to any room(s) to do whatever. It can mop/vac, vac only or mop only. You can also preprogram the vac power, mop water use and number of times (1 or 2) to go over an area. So, overall, I give it a -1 star for its ability to get itself out of jams but 4 stars for its overall versatility. I've seen it bang itself six times in the exact same direction and I just can't see how the developers allowed that to happen. The vacuum cannot be any smarter than the developers.

So far, the Roborock Q10 S5+ has saved me so much time. Not only does it intelligently map out where to vacuum, but it also does a good job of mopping. I've had this for more than 3 months, and haven't had to empty the dock yet!

First regarding the robot itself, it cleans bare floors and carpet well, but it has had errors. Example, we mapped the 1st floor as needed to started out and then had it clean the floor once. Then the next time we send it out to do a full clean, it went down the front hallway and rammed into the hall closet door over and over again for 10 minutes until I picked it up and moved it and gave "threshold error" on the app. Nothing changed between the mapping and when it got stuck! The app is not intuitive. For example, if you want to create a new room, you can't just create a boundary line in space where you want it and save it. If you do, it will just "ERROR" with no explanation. You have to subdivide a previously created room and then subdivide again.

Does a very good job with vacuuming and navigation, but severely disappointed in the self-empty feature. Cat hair will not empty from the dust bin, requiring me to pull the filter and manually empty after every cleaning cycle. I tried all of their troubleshooting--it just doesn't have the suction to pull cat hair effectively from the dust bin.

It gets "stuck" on straight walls. It fails to reconnect to the dock 50% of the time--it'll connect and even show that it's charging, but then move away believing that it still needs to find the dock until it runs out of battery. We bought this after having wonderful success with the Roborock Q7 M5+. The design for the Q7 M5+ for connecting to the dock is way better. My Q7 M5+ has none of the same issues with the same space.

My 1st experience with robot vacuum. Did a lot of research & so glad I chose this one. Awesome app. Cleans great (including cat crystals) & empties bin effectively. Reasonable time to clean & seldom gets stuck (chair legs).

Where have you been all my life?!? I LOVE this thing! "Roberta" is so smart. I love her so much that I ordered a second one to gift to my parents for Christmas!

I love this thing! I hadn't upgraded my robot vacuum since 2015, and my how technology has improved. I love the app and I love the straight lines the vacuum leaves. With two cats, we schedule it to clean three days a week. Even upstairs and down in the basement! So cool. AND AFFORDABLE!
