It gets "stuck" on straight walls. It fails to reconnect to the dock 50% of the time--it'll connect and even show that it's charging, but then move away believing that it still needs to find the dock until it runs out of battery. We bought this after having wonderful success with the Roborock Q7 M5+. The design for the Q7 M5+ for connecting to the dock is way better. My Q7 M5+ has none of the same issues with the same space.

It's okay on vacuuming - it got stuck several times and I had to pull it out. Haven't tried the mopping function yet - if it isn't good then back it goes.

Love my bObsweep. I really like the mopping feature along with vacuuming. Love the colors it came in. Great addition to my house. Out with the IRobot and in with bObsweep. Great upgrade for sure.

I bought this a day ago this is so so so so so good it got all of my coffee grounds that I spilled it moped all of the bbq sauce and the bag lasts forever mop do have to wash but still worth it. pro tip bey amazon zipper bags a LOT cheaper and last a long time but have to empty every 3 weeks not 8

Worked well for 10 months then error that wheels were jammed, I have no carpet, stairs, or rugs with tassels. Live alone with 1 non shedding dog. Warranty and customer service is awful. Don't recommend this or any Roborock product.

Does a very good job with vacuuming and navigation, but severely disappointed in the self-empty feature. Cat hair will not empty from the dust bin, requiring me to pull the filter and manually empty after every cleaning cycle. I tried all of their troubleshooting--it just doesn't have the suction to pull cat hair effectively from the dust bin.

First regarding the robot itself, it cleans bare floors and carpet well, but it has had errors. Example, we mapped the 1st floor as needed to started out and then had it clean the floor once. Then the next time we send it out to do a full clean, it went down the front hallway and rammed into the hall closet door over and over again for 10 minutes until I picked it up and moved it and gave "threshold error" on the app. Nothing changed between the mapping and when it got stuck! The app is not intuitive. For example, if you want to create a new room, you can't just create a boundary line in space where you want it and save it. If you do, it will just "ERROR" with no explanation. You have to subdivide a previously created room and then subdivide again.

It's a very good unit. I've been using it for a week. Results are beyond my expectations

Bought in September quit charging in December

Bought this five days ago, my house is now spotless. I'm so happy I switched to Roborock and I got a fantastic deal. It mapped my entire house in 15 minutes, and the mopping function has worked very well.
