I ordered a tube in December 2024 and loved it, so obviously I reordered when it was empty. After one use of the 2nd tube, my face looks like a tomato and I want to scratch my skin off! When and why did they change the formula? So annoyed!

When will neutrogena listen To your customers?? Many reviews state it burns and causes redness. Why haven't you addressed THis concern? Used the original oil free, oil free with spf15 and sensitive skin for decades with no issues and you discontinued those and now have these issues. Not happy!

I BOUGHT this prod thinking it would be good for my sensitive skin. This moistuRizer. Contains alcohol. My face was on fire and Inflamed and a rash. Why do companies try to hide fragrances with other fragrances? This company & other COMPANies need to be mindful of those who have sensitive reactive skin. I'm over it!!

i bought this lotion to replace my tube that i COULDN'T find. This lotion burned my face. Not a little tingle, but burned and dried out my skin super bad. I was embarrassed to have to go to work like this, i do not have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction before To anything ive put on my face. I actually had patches where it looks like a layer of skin is gone…. because it is. My entire face is flaking and i have to cover my entire face in ointment until it heals.

I'm so sad… i used neutrogena for forever and they changed the formula i guess? it's now watery and makes my skin burn and leaves me super oily within an hour. I thought i found my forever face moisturizer but i guess i'll have to find something else.

I could not find Neutrogena's oil-free moisturizer which I have used for years, so purchased this and am very sorry I did. It says gentle, but it stung my face as soon as I put it on, and I do not have ultra-sensitive skin. It also took twice as much to moisturize my face than the oil-free did. I don't know why the other is no longer available, but I will not buy this again.

The moisturizer is silky and has a great fragrance. My skin feels softer but cannot tell that it looks more supple.

Moisturizer great but new packaging is a fail!!! It cracks OPEN AND contents pour OUT.

I am 62 years old and i do not get acne. after using this product my face broke out in a rash with little tiny pimples on my cheeks. I discontinued immediately and the rash and pimples went away. horrible product.

Used the sensitive skin moisturizer for years and loved it. This is a fairly awful substitute. It is waxy and drying. No sunblock included, so now Neutrogena is trying to milk us for more money. All of the more expensive products have destroyed my skin. Apparently, Neutrogena is moving away from actually taking care of sensitive skin. Finding a new company now that wants to manage sensitive skin and not waste my time or skin.
