I bought this two days ago, and my skin is oily, sensitive and breakout prone. I was skeptical, as my skin loves to rebel when it just doesn't like something. I've been using this as a primer, and I've already seen a difference. My skin hasn't been oily, I don't see any shine in my forehead and cheeks, and I only use powder once. I mix this with my sunscreen for added protection during the day. I never thought that my oily, sensitive skin would be matte. This is amazing if you have oily skin!

Moisturizer tube is not sealed which is concerning. See picture. I like the moisturizer however am concerned about the product packaging and feel it can be tampered with and is not sanitary. I will not be purchasing again. I have used Neutrogena for over 20 years and do not remember their tubes not made with a seal you would have to peel off.

I've spent years searching for a moisturizer that i didn't react to (i've been to mayo clinic for allergy tests and tried so many products) and loved the daily moisturizer for sensitive/reactive skin! my esthetician commented on the hydration and softness and asked what i was using. now they changed the formula and my skin feels dry/flaky and sometimes itchy. this is the only thing i have changed. i'm soooo sad :( whenever i find a good product companies always change the formula and i almost stocked up just knowing this. too late.

I have used the oil free fragrance free moistuRizer for over 20 years. Best product on market. It would sell out always. Then company discontinued and replaced with this. I am now speaking with dr for a new moisturizer. Obviously the company does not care about their loyal customers

Not as good as the prior product they discontinued. Don't know why they stopped making the sensitive skin oil-free moisturizer. It was great! This new product doesn't moisturize as much, and feels thick.

Not sure what they changed when switching to their new product line, but my skin doesn't like it. Whatever new formula they began using makes my skin red and tingly, which isn't exactly a good sign. I've been using it for a little over a month, hoping it was just the reaction with my dry skin, but no luck. So now, I have to look for a new moisturizer which is sad because I used to use the Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Moisturizer religiously. I'm sure it works perfectly fine for most people, but I can't recommend it. I would have preferred if they'd simply just changed the packaging or even a "Hey, did you use to use this product? Well, here's the closest replacement because we changed the formula" would have been nice. There's so many of their more expensive products on the shelves now, I don't know what to even try.

I loved this moisturizer, however, the new formula gave me an allergic reaction. I looked for years for a good moisturizer for my super sensitive skin and this was the only one that worked for me. I used it for a year before the new bottle came out, tried it and broke out in hives. Tried it again just to be sure and same reaction. I then noticed the ingredients have changed not just the NEW look of the bottle. I'm so sad I have to find something new!

I bought this product tonight at a local grocery store. Cleansed my face and almost as soon as I applied this moisturizer my skin got irritated, tinged pink, and started burning! I couldn't stand it, I washed my face twice and it still burns around my eyes, nose, and lips over an hour after application. Before it was discontinued I used Oil-Free Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin and it worked perfectly, no irritation and no breakouts. I wish it hadn't been discontinued because then I would've never purchased this product and experienced such overwhelming discomfort. I don't know what new ingredients they put in this product but it's entirely unusable on my incredibly sensitive skin.

I would have given this product no stars if that was possible terrible product ,stings and burns my skin ,face goes all red . I used to use Neutrogena sensitive skin moisturizer and toner for more then 30 years both those items were fantastic the best ever, don't understand why you stopped selling making those products your new sensitive skin products are terrible, you new toner i tried made my face numb . If Neutrogena ever brings back their old sensitive skin products I will return as customer but for now I'm looking at other brands.

I don't eVen have sensitive skin and this moisturizer burns the heck out of it. It was slightly tingly the first time and I thought nothing of it. Days two and three burned so bad and caused redness across my face.... It hurt so bad! Again, I do not have very sensitive skin at all! I've never had a moisturizer burn me like this before. Do not recommend.
