I tend to have dry skin and my skin care routine includes a nourishing oil to lock in the moisture. However, my oil is heavy in the summer (warmer) months. Neutrogenar Ultra Gentle Daily Facial Moisturizer was the perfect swap. A bit of warning to all, a little goes a LONG way. This product glides into my skin smoothly and did not require much to do the job. I love that because it saves money in the long run. I plan to add this product to skin care routine to replace my oil when the weather is warm.

When I received the product from Home Tester Club, I was excited to try it out and the first application after shower was just a bomb of moisturizing. I wish it had SPF as well (I know Neutrogina sells one with SPF) but I am very satisfied with the product.

My skin is dry, but also very sensitive to moisturizers which tend to clog my pores. This does not clog my pores! It is extremely lightweight and leaves my skin feeling amazing. I absolutely love that this is truly fragrance free. Usually there is a little fragrance, but this truly is fragrance free. My skin feels and looks so clean and healthy after using this. I will continue to use this in my daily routine.

The weeklong use really helps you figure out it's compatibility with your skin type. Some pros first, it's lightweight, didn't have any major breakouts (sometimes niacinamide doesn't agree with me), didn't leave a film or greasy layer behind and absorbs quickly with a slight cooling feel. Downside after using twice a day for a week my skin started to dry up and was needing to go back to what I had been using originally. Overall, I would say if you are someone who loves trying new products/skincare junkie you can pass on this. However, if you are at the start of your journey and don't know what you like/skin needs this is a safe option that should give you skincare benefits as well as answers to what you may need/prefer moving forward.
