Silly me to assume that 50% less sugar didn't mean it was replaced with artificial sweeteners and other ingredients. Had I not read the tiny ingredient panel on the back, I would have had no idea the sucralose was even in there. The claim on the website of no artificial flavors or preservatives throws people off, too. I thought I was buying reduced sugar sweetened dried cranberries, not artificial sweeteners and 13 grams of soluble fiber. Thank you for all the stomach aches and bathroom time.

great balance of sweet and tart and no bad after taste! goes great on my chia seed pudding and in my harvest salads for extra fiber

You got one sale due to my lack of vigilance but it won't happen again. Just make one with less sugar and stop hiding the fake sweeteners.

I should have read the back of the package before buying. I was expecting a 50% less sweet cranberry. I didn't realize they were substituting sucralose for sugar. These taste just as sweet and I'm not fond of the flavor.

Didn't realize less sugar meant fake sugar. Also must have gotten a bad batch. It's a lump. Needed cranberries for a salad recipe and I'm fighting to pull enough off the clump. I've never seen this before.

Swing and a miss! Is your marketing team even reading these comments? The overwhelming majority of consumers looking for 50% less sugar also want natural ingredients and no artificial sweeteners. And don't even think about Stevia, cuz that's just as bad. We realize your team of chemical engineers, marketers, and taste testers think it's necessary to account for the bitter taste and substitute a myriad of other ingredients when you remove something like sugar, fat, or salt, but some people actually like the bitter flavor, it works in their dishes, and some people are doing less sugar for health reasons, not just the marketing appeal. As we become more and more health-conscious, long lists of added artificial chemicals will continue to drive off customers, who seek healthy alternatives. Artificial chemicals like sucralose, in-fact ANY added ingredients beyond the cranberries themselves is counter productive to auto-immune diseases and many of the health conditions people seek more natural foods for. I ask you please consider a natural variant of this product with JUST Cranberries (like the unsweeted "Pure" Cranberry juice you make), no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no substitues, no chemicals, no cause for concern, JUST Cranberries. Until then, I like many of the customers above, will take my business elsewhere to the responsible companies, who are listening to health-conscious consumers like me.

These say they have 50% less sugar and no artificial flavors or preservatives. Nowhere on the front of the bag does it say it has artificial sweetener. I choose not to eat artificial sweeteners, and I feel like this packaging duped me. I will not purchase from Ocean Spray again until this issue is resolved. Store brand tastes just as good anyway.

I thought these were just less sweet based on the "no artificial flavors" line on the front, but of course y'all are pulling a fast one and they have sucralose, which just is yucky to me. I wish you would just make some with less sugar. I ate them anyway bc I needed them for a recipe, but I won't buy them again.

Can “less sugar” just mean the reduction of the amount of sugar and not that we have deceptively added a chemically altered compound? This preys upon patients/people that are trying hard to lose weight, manage glucose levels, and live a healthy lifestyle. Sucralose is associated with insulin resistance and other concerning health risks. Ocean spray, from a physician's plea, please do better.

Was so excited for a natural product with half the sugar… bought a bunch. Was so disappointed when one of my kids said, “look Mom! These ingredients are no good!” To my shock I discovered that we had consumed sucralose :(. Ahhh! Please make some real ones with just 50%sugar for those of us who want to live healthy!
