I saved my hard-earned money for this air fryer because I wanted something reliable, and I expected better from Shark. The large basket worked exactly one time. After that, the unit stopped recognizing it completely. No matter how carefully I inserted it or how many times I removed and reinstalled it, the air fryer acted like the basket wasn't there. The smaller basket worked, but that's beside the point. I bought this model because I wanted the flexibility of the large basket, and one of its main features became unusable almost immediately. For the price, this is unacceptable. A premium appliance shouldn't lose a major function after a single use. Quality control should have caught this before it ever reached a customer. I don't mind paying more for a well-built product. I do mind paying more for something that works once and then leaves me with an expensive reminder that "premium" doesn't always mean reliable. I'll be thinking twice before buying another Shark product.

I used my mom’s ninja crispi and this thing is SO good! It air fries to perfection and is so easy to use and to clean. It’s lightweight and takes up minimum counter space (unlike those bulky other air friers).

Great air fryer, looks amazing, cooks amazing, what more do you need. It gives off a LOT of heat, be warned and the handles get quite hot, on higher heat settings, like max crisp. But that is to be expected since it is 450f.

I absolutely love this ninja class air fryer. It cooks quickly and the glass basket makes its easy to see the food while is cooking . Simple to use easy to clean and everything come delicius

This keeps us from using the microwave, and is much faster than using the oven. It’s easy and lightweight enough to transport. Cleaning is very easy. This has been a game changer to cooking.

I really like my Ninja Rose Quartz 6-in-1 Crispy Pro. It makes my food taste really good and I honestly use it almost every day. The cooking is fast, easy, and everything comes out crispy just how I like it. I did have an issue with my first one it wasn’t detecting the glass properly when I placed it on the base. But I reached out and Shark sent me a replacement right away, which I appreciated. My new one works perfectly with no issues. Overall, I’m happy with it and it’s become something I use constantly in my kitchen.

This air fryer is extremely practical, convenient, and of great quality. The glass containers are very practical for being able to look at the food while it’s being cooked. They are also very easy to clean. The 6-quart container fits quite a large amount of food. It is also very quiet while in use. It cooks the food very quickly and evenly, and makes cooking very quick and simple. It is also a very good size, portable, and attractive looking so it can be left out on the countertop permanently, rather than have to be put away after each use. The small instruction and recipe book included is quite handy. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This is our first air fryer and we love it. We have used this every day since it has arrived. It is incredibly easy to use and clean. We have mainly used it for chicken breasts, cooked each morning for lunches, salmon, and turkey burgers. I was hesitant to buy this because of the price, but have no regrets now that we have it.

Love my Ninja crispi pro!! I have 3 teenage boys and this has made cooking less stressful !! Sometimes I just want to make something quick for them after football games/practice and the Ninja crispi pro is my go to!! Also been using it a lot for meal prep!!
