My fried chicken cooks evenly and perfectly every time! The inside is cooked thoroughly and the outside is light and crispy. The chicken is juicy. Doesn't over cook the outside while undercooking the inside. Just a perfectly even cook every single time. These particular pans are gorgeous. I love the gold handles and black sparkly coating. Very beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several ceramic cookwares, this GeenPan Reserve frypan is probably the best in terms of quality- especially the interior. I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now. 12 inch is pretty big, but It heats up evenly. Nothing sticks so far. Although it says the dishwasher safe, I only hand-wash it. After the pan cools down, I soak it in warm water for half an hour or so. It's super easy to clean. I would love to have a smaller size next.

The pans are a good weight and conduct the heat evenly The 3 qt saute' pan is so versatile, I find myself using it most of the time for meals of 2-4 servings. The 5 qt stockpot handles do get hot when boiling spaghetti, but that is to be expected. The handles on the saucepans and frying pans seem to dissipate the heat well. The glass lids are nice for keeping an eye on what's for dinner. Nothing seems to stick so far and the pans are very easy to clean. I highly recommend this cookware set for anyone who loves to cook.

And I love, love, love this frypan! The color is so pretty. It cooks the food evenly and is the perfect size for me. The food doesn't stick at all and this is just overall a really great frypan. It came in a large box, with lots of padding to not slide around during transport. It had a very sturdy cover on the handle so it wouldn't arrive scratched. The lid and pan were both securely in place, thanks to good packaging. I am very impressed compared to other companies and how they handle things. Once opened, I washed it first, then straight to the test it went! We made bacon and eggs this morning with it, and I kid you not —- the ingredients in the pan slid around like butter. I was amazed! No oil was needed!!!! Plus the golden color, is just so luxurious and beautiful. It is a great statement piece. One that you could even just leave on the stove VS putting away! The size of the pan is also pretty large!!!! This isn't a small dainty pan, just because it is pretty. This Greenpan was made to cook!!!! And be the best at it!!! I honestly have no complaints — other than I need the matching pots now! Haha! 😁

For starters, I love the brushed gold handle and gold accents. It looks so sophisticated. Love the Blush color as well, but I also love the pale green one. They're very pretty colors that are hard to find in cookware. The pan is big, so there's plenty of room to cook meals for my family of 4 simultaneously, and so far the ceramic nonstick is holding up really well! Very pleased with this product!
