I love that my food doesn't stick to the bottom or sides of the pan. I love that it came with a lid so that helps with splatter and to be able to cook more things. It's sleek looking and Large. I will continue to cook with this pan and may look into getting others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pan for about a month or so now and so far I think it's been good enough to use in my normal lineup of cookware. It's got a lovely luxurious look and feel to it. As far as it's cooking performance goes, it's been perfectly adequate. I tend to make things like sandwiches or sauteed veggies with this pan. Eggs can still prove a little tricky when using this pan as it's nonstick coating isn't perfectly nonstick. You'll generally have to use a bit of fat (oil/butter/etc) to make sure things play nicely. My one criticism is that the pan is kind of thin/lightweight so it doesn't hold heat very well. Be sure not to crowd this pan otherwise you'll lose heat very quickly. All in all it's a pretty good pan.

The lid fits great and is so nice to have for a frying pan. The ceramic nonstick material does prevent food from sticking to it or coating the bottom. I will say the one downside is how heavy the frying pan is. I have a problem with my wrists and I have to use two hands to handle the pan when using it and washing it which can be inconvenient.

The gold handles are not overly yellow and look more of an antique gold finish, which just really liked. As far as the pan is concerned, it heated up fairly quickly and the coating was nonstick, just as listed. I did read the direction and used a small amount of oil, as suggested to help prevent sticking. I also loved that it has a lifetime warranty as well as a warranty on the nonstick coating for 2 years. This pan seems well made and is a beautiful aesthetic to add to any kitchen.

I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now. 12 inch is pretty big, but It heats up evenly. Nothing sticks so far. Although it says the dishwasher safe, I only hand-wash it. After the pan cools down, I soak it in warm water for half an hour or so. It's super easy to clean. I would love to have a smaller size next.
