These pans are beautiful, light weight and cook evenly. The handle is in a slightly lower position and it is really nice on my wrist. Highly recommend

Like any pan, there are some best practices that need to be followed. For this pan, you need to keep the heat a bit lower than normal, use an oil (but not nonstick spray which will ruin it), use a non-metal cooking utensil, and hand wash. Many of the reviews that are negative mention not using the pan as intended. So far, I've had a great experience with the pan. Nothing stuck, I got even cooking, and cleanup was as simple as a wipe down. The color is a fun novelty and I appreciate that it came with a lid.
