On one hand, it has decent macros: 10g of protein, 110 calories, and low on carbs and added sugars. It also has pretty good ingredients, with no harmful additives. On the other hand, the texture is like concrete. This is a very thick yogurt and seems to serve the purpose of when you need a snack or in get your protein and you have no other options. Don't get me wrong, it tastes pretty good, which is refreshing, coming from trying protein shakes and bars, which leads me into my last point. This product is a good replacement for the chalky, dry protein bars that have about the same macros as this. Could I see myself buying this in the future? Maybe. If I was in a pinch and needed something quick to get my protein intake up I would pick this over the aforementioned bars and shakes. I just don't usually need to supplement my protein further than my meals. Overall, this isn't too bad, but I don't know how this would fit my lifestyle a whole lot.

I love that the texture is easy to drink while also being slightly filling due to the pea protein. The cap is easy to twist off and remove, just be a bit careful as it is thin enough to spill out if tipped over. It is not too sweet, but also not too bland! I love that these are dairy free and settle well in my stomach. My kids love these just as much as me! Such a excellent snack to add an extra bit of natural protein.
