Another thing I love is that it is easy to eat, and to clean. So I have to worry that it's going to make a mess. I give it a 9/10, because it is very practical, when you don't have time to have breakfast and apart from that it has. 10 grams of protein ✨

Packaging came without the ice packs which was questionable because it has dairy.. but overall a great after school snack

I use mine for a quick snack pick me up durning my work days when I feel the need to put something in my stomach quick. And as a great pick me up snack mid day. The protein adds a great fuel for filling. The flavor is good but isn't too sweet due to protein. I do wish it was mailed in a cooling package this way the texture didn't loosen and then harden again once in fridge. But if you're someone on the go and need a pick me up I would recommend these yummy pouches !

But unfortunately this did not meet the mark for me. I don't like stevia flavor, it tastes like rotten food to me. I hate the super overly sweet flavor it gives, but the yogurt has a really pungent tang. Definitely not a fan. Maybe if you weren't against stevia as a sweetener you'd enjoy this. The packaging was very nice quality though and I can tell they put a lot of thought into the product it just wasn't for me.
