The protein is a bit unusual, but I appreciate its thickness and creaminess, and the strawberry flavor is particularly nice. I like the 10 grams of protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These yogurt GoGo Squeez are great for a quick on the go snack! They are super convenient and small enough to fit in a lunchbox or smaller bag. It is slightly difficult to squeeze the yogurt out of the container but the yogurt itself tastes great.

It has 10g of protein which is a great way to get the quick protein especially for the little ones who are picky eaters! I got the mixed berry flavor and you can definitely taste the berries in there. It's just the right amount, not to overpowering. Personally I think it tastes even better when it's cold, I like to put mine in the fridge! The packaging is great! It's this bright beautiful purple color with pictures of the flavor! Definitely recommend!

I do love the protein added in it, and that it's super convenient for an on the go snack. Pretty easy to store in a fridge or pantry, and the twist lid just snaps right back on! I might try a different flavor, because the cinnamon apple is not good to me…

I use mine for a quick snack pick me up durning my work days when I feel the need to put something in my stomach quick. And as a great pick me up snack mid day. The protein adds a great fuel for filling. The flavor is good but isn't too sweet due to protein. I do wish it was mailed in a cooling package this way the texture didn't loosen and then harden again once in fridge. But if you're someone on the go and need a pick me up I would recommend these yummy pouches !

I definitely found one today with the GoGo protein pouches! I've always been a huge fan of the original applesauce pouches so I was super excited to try these. To me, they taste like an apple cider smoothie. My husband wasn't a huge fan of the texture, but I thought it just was like a normal smoothie texture. We had it warm when it came in the mail, but it's better cold. I always love that I can throw these in my purse or backpack and have an easy snack on hand. Love that these will hold me over even longer now with the protein!

The packaging makes it super easy to eat without making any mess. The ingredients seem very healthy and I love that it has protein.
