[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I am giving it a 2 start review is there are dark spots at the top of the tv and I have had it less than a year, I also don't like the delayed response when using the tv. The other models I have had were better and they started up like a gem and were super fast.

I've never really had a TV since I was a kid leaving my parents house and now that about my house and only use my phone and laptop pretty much for the last 20 years it takes me getting used to but after a couple months I got to say I've never experienced TV like this and the fact the way it integrates with my cell phone and it tries to make everything easier it was great the problems I'm having or not the equipment it is simply the user.. I'm older and I have more insurance but I'm not hip to all these new fandangled like really cool gadgets and stuff but I'm trying to learn

I am enjoying the TV, I would have liked if it had come with with one more HDMI port. I am enjoying the Samsung Streaming, because when I am not getting sleep there is nothing to watch on TV in the middle of the night, only Info-mercials. The TV is not as clear as an O-LED but it is better than my previous TV in brightness & clarity. If they made 98 inch in an O-LED I would have bought it. I will definitely consider buying an other Samsung TV

The tv is on a swivel and once places properly-the picture quality was amazing! Anywhere I sit in my living room, gives me the clarity and depth I was hoping for! The responsiveness of the AI component is also intriguing and fascinating! I absolutely love it!

The television looks fantastic. Mounting it was a breeze. There are a lot of really great things about Samsung, application options about. Wish that the overall interface could be pared down to just the essentials for elderly users. Simple things like accentuating the highlighted icons more clearly would be useful. My parent-in-laws are thrilled with the size of the picture and visual quality. It took them a while to catch on to navigating the annoying main interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is blurry everytime I turn it on AND everytime I change the channel. It's blurry for about 15-20 seconds but then it is crystal clear. This is my 2nd one in 7 weeks and both had the same issue.

The sound and picture are great. I will say the home page is cluttered and junky due to everything Samsung is promoting. The remote has bare boned features, unlike our previous television. Basic features are buried in the settings and hard to find. The volume control is difficult to use as it wants to mute the sound.

Sometimes depending on the video it might stutter but thtas rare. I haven't used it for gaming but its well supported. I like the style and it can be put on any size tv stand if esthetics are ignorable. It has great sharpness, contrast and ample brightness for daytime viewing. I recommend this model to others.
