The brightness and contrast were perfect not to mention the 4k resolution which actually looked like 4k unlike some other models. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike most all other Samsung models the one I bought doesn't have an optical digital port that I can use to attach my sound enhancement device to the TV set. this is very disappointing makes; it is very difficult for us to enjoy the sound from the Samsung TV set. It is not a pleasure to resort to captions to understand what is being said on TV.

The image is outstanding, both in terms of clarity and color, even with an antenna. Regardless of the content you are viewing, the picture remains bright and clear. The contrast is also commendable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a new TV because my old TV wasn't very clear. I was absolutely Blown Away by how bright and colorful all of the images were. It was amazing! I didn't know that things could be so clear on a TV. I am very glad that I purchased the old 4K because the contrast capabilities are unmatched, in my opinion.

I have always loved SAMSUNG TV's! But from now on, I'm switching to Sony. I just discovered that this TV does not have Ambient MODE, something that SAMSUNG used to provide for free! Now, you need to buy a subscription in order to have images displayed on your TV with their new ART feature. That's ridiculous! This TV is in my living room and if you don't mind having a big black screen - when entertaining for example - then I suppose it's ok. But if you want your tv to integrate as “a dynamic piece of art” in your space, you will need to pay for it! I have a 55 inch 2023 Sony in our master bedroom and it has that ambient mode where images dynamically change and cycle through. I didn't have to pay extra for that. No more SAMSUNGS for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly it's the best TV I have ever owned. The picture quality from the high resolution is phenomenal. Brightness and contrast make the perfect vibrancy to enhance the picture quality. And the 3d sound system is top notch especially in game mode. You literally hear footsteps from behind you if someone runs up on you from behind.

I still do not understand the navigation, what the two left and center buttons do, how to hold a picture, and what Samsung Plus. Remember you have people living alone over 70 that do not have a 3 year old to help. Additional understandable info in big enough print would help.

I live on a fixed income so I couldn't afford to get it fixed after the purchase, plus the seller wouldn't refund my money so just glad I have the old TV. LOVED IT WHILE I HAD IT!

Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.
