I've been using Samsung products for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed with any products I have purchase I have purchased several TVs over the years telephones and iPads and I've always been satisfied I recommend the products highly. products are state of the art

Tv has been great..with the smart tv feature we were able to cancel our cable bill and use samsung tv plus and the internet access to get whatever we wanted. The screen has a great, bright picture that can be used in different modes. Altogether im very happy with the product

I'm almost feel embarrassed, cause I had a 30 size tv.... ( not a flat screen) yes I'm that old !!! Lolo The size , brightness, upscaling, 43 in . flat screen !!! Omg my whole living rm. Was so much brighter .... Even thought I know nothing abt. Flat screen t.v. Samsung !!!! Perfect !!!! Very easy to learn all the new buttons ,etc.....thank you so much !!!!

The overall display including brightness and contrast are excellent. The uniformity of the colors on the screen are excellent as well. The responsiveness of the remote control is immediate. The availability to upscale is impressive. Overall an outstanding purchase. Very satisfied!

I haven't had any service done to it so I don't have any feedback on that it wasn't delivered I bought it from the store the TV is great it's got a great picture couldn't ask for better the Samsung App couldn't ask for better the Samsung app TV app is phenomenal it's very responsive other than the internet the Internet is slow as all get out uniformity picture very good up skating I don't know what that is the contrast is really good the brightness is very very up skating I don't know if that is the contrast is really good the brightness is very very great very adjustable

The responsiveness of the TV is better than previous models, but still leaves much to be desired. The overall home layout could be clearer and more responsive to input. The rechargeable remote could have a better battery. With all of these said, the picture quality is outstanding compared to the price paid.

The quality of the picture is fine. The low rating is due to the speed. We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

This TV is fairly big, the colors are a bit dull, as in no Dolby sharpness. The sound is somewhat tinny and if you get a good sound bar, good luck in trying to get it to communicate with this TV. The network Ethernet port has failed and a replacement network card would cost more in parts and labor than this TV is worth. The menus are very touchy and will go further than you request with the remote control. I am more than ready to go to a newer system.

the cheap the TV was simply beautiful and every aspect brightness contrast responsiveness overall picture user interface it was beautiful the only issue I had was that my TV got hacked through my Google account and I ended up having my privacy taken from me

The picture is very good. The sound quality stinks. It is mushy during dialog and when theme music comes on it literally blasts. I am constantly adjusting the volume which is a nuisance. Of course commercials are always overly loud but on my set they are ridiculous. I am thinking of getting wireless ear buds but resent the fact that I need to resort to that just to avoid annoying my neighbors and why should I put any more money into this TV! As I said the picture is good.
