[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great for regular casual viewing and sports. However we do find it little behind in sound quality. We sometimes feel lost in watching movies and even with volume set to a high level we tend to skip few details.

Also not enough connections or the correct connections on the tv to plug in my soundbar and headset. My last Samsung TV purchased in 2019 did accomadate these items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a huge disappointment. The picture quality is not that good, considering that it's a Samsung. It's difficult to program. When I press any button on the remote, it takes about 2 seconds for the tv to react. And now, less than 5 months after purchase, the tv picture stays on for about 2 seconds before it goes black but the audio stays on. And all thats on the screen are colored dots in line formation that move around the screen. The picture returns after pressing a button on the remote 2 or 3 times. But the picture stays on for only 2 seconds and then returns to black with the colored dots. Horrible! Waste of money.

The 4k is sharp i like the built-in apps. There's so much you can do with the TV. The artwork is a plus when you're not using it. I highly recommend this t, v, especially if you upgrading an old Samsung TV. Definitely beats my expectations..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the picture on this Samsung product is excellent, the remote control that came with it is unreliable. Sometimes it works as it should, but then half the time it is unresponsive to pressing action on the various buttons. Another issue is when first turning on the device jumps to open some function other than what you wanted to select.

Have the tv for less than 2 months & the screen went black. Instead of Samsung replacing with a new unit it's being “repaired”. Came on Monday & couldn't fix so the service person took the tv to the shop. We may get it back by Friday. I've had to do all the coordinating & follow up. Completely disgusted with my experience.

I love my tv I upgraded from a lg and really glad I did. The picture is better more bright, the response when switchi g is much faster. KThe only thing I had trouble with was the fact they removed the optical port for audio. But my soundboard works great with rough the humidity cord.
